电力通信传输网业务可靠性分析方法研究

【摘要】 根据智能电网的要求,通信传输网的可靠性分析对电力系统很重要。传输网作为电力通信网的核心,它承载着大量的生产和管理业务,是业务正常运行的保证,其可靠性高低直接影响着电力系统安全生产和稳定运行。为了保证电力系统稳定安全运行,电力系统和电力通信系统的可靠性和安全性需要统一考虑。传统的可靠性分析方法不能从宏观上研究整个通信网络的可靠性,缺少对业务重要度的评估,不能全面指导运行人员进行系统维护。本文以电力通信可靠性的概念为基础,研究了基于业务重要度可靠性分析方法,该研究方法具有针对性强和实用性强的特点。本文对电力通信业务进行分类,根据影响业务性能的因素建立电力通信业务重要度评估指标体系,采用模糊层次分析法进行评估,采用均值法得到业务重要度。在多态网络系统可靠性的理论的基础上,得出了基于最小路集的可靠性分析模型,进一步确定了电力通信网可靠性的概念。然后,结合业务重要度数,建立了基于业务重要度的网络可靠性分析方法的数学模型,得到了分析流程。最后分别以8点端对端网络和电力通信主干光纤网为例,进行可靠性分析,得出了网络业务可靠性和阈值的关系。与传统的RBD方法对比,基于业务重要度的可靠性分析方法客观灵活、分析结果清晰简单、具有实用性强的优点。

【Abstract】 According to requirements of smart grid, the reliability analysis of communication transmission network is very important to power system. Transmission network as the core communication network in power system, carries many services of production and management. It is the insurance of the service operations. Power system safety and operation stability are directly affected by the reliability level of power communication network. To ensure that the power system operations are in safety and stability, reliability of the power system and power communication system is achieved by a unified consideration. By using the traditional analysis method of reliability, the whole network performance could not be weighed up on the macro level, and service performance evaluation is lacked. So the former method can’t guide the operating personnel to carry out system maintenance.In this paper, we study the network reliability analysis method based on service importance, concerning the concept of the reliability of electric power communication. This method has targeted and practical features. The power communication services are classified. The stratified index system of service importance is evaluated, according to the factors that influence the service performance. Use fuzzy AHP to assess and use mean method to obtain the service importance. With the reliability analysis methods of the multi-state network, we can obtain the reliability analysis models based on minimal path sets. Further define the concept of the power communication network reliability. Additionally, combined with the services importance, the mathematical model and analysis process of network reliability based on the services importance is elaborated. Finally, an eight points end-to-end network and a power communication backbone fiber network are used as examples to anylyze and calculate the network reliability. Conclute the relationship bwteen network reliability and the threshold. Contrast with the traditional method of RBD, the reliability analysis method based on services importance is objective, flexible and practical used, and the analysis results are clear and simple.
