【摘要】 随着经济全球化的浪潮扑面而来,信息化成为企业提升市场竞争力、提高管理水平,改善业务流程的重要途径之一。越来越多的企业试图通过实施ERP来提高自身信息化水平。而要成功实施ERP项目,企业一般需要首先引入业务流程管理(BPM)为理论和方法,在企业内部建立起规范化的高效的业务流程,使其与ERP系统相匹配。论文以制造企业ERP系统的实施为背景,提出了一个面向制造企业的BPM与ERP的融合框架,以及在此框架下的业务流程循环改进模型。并以某工程机械制造企业的生产管理业务流程为例,通过BPM建模、诊断、优化、评估,与主流ERP软件实施相结合,检验BPM与ERP同步开展条件下,企业信息化平台的融合创新工程的有效功能。本文主要取得了以下成果:(1)文章分析了ERP系统规划中BPM实施的必要性,并从理论上描述了ERP系统规划中如何实施BPM。(2)提出了BPM-ERP融合框架下流程改进模型。分别给出了BPM与ERP融合框架与流程循环改进模型,有助于准备实施ERP项目的企业科学的进行业务流程管理,提高企业实施ERP项目的成功率。也是本文的重要的理论成果。(3)文章在案例中,以BPM-ERP融合框架下流程改进模型为支撑,通过BPM描述、诊断、优化、评估,与主流ERP软件实施相结合,检验BPM与ERP同步开展条件下,企业信息化平台的融合创新工程的有效功能,(4)以某制造企业生产管理业务流程为例,用熵值法和层次分析法确定组合权重,对现行业务流程进行模糊综合评价,并在此基础上,提出了该企业生产管理业务流程与信息化整合的改进方案以及对应的生产系统组织结构调整方案。体现了本文的实践应用价值。

【Abstract】 With the advent of globalization and information technology, information into enterprises has become an important way to improve the management and the quality of service in enterprises. So many companies are trying to implement ERP to improve information in enterprises. However, it is necessary for enterprises wanting to implement ERP successfully to put Business Process Management (BPM) as a guidance of theory and methods, and establish standardized and excellence processes in enterprise so that processes can be matched with ERP. Against the background of the ERP implementation, a BPM-ERP integrated framework of manufacturing enterprises is put forward, as well as the Process Improvement Model based on the integrated framework in this article. Business processes are improved by modeling, diagnostics, optimization, evaluation and combination with ERP software implementation. Business processes of the production management for a manufacturing enterprise was taken as an example. With the synchronous development of BPM and ERP, the obvious effectiveness of the processes optimization in construction of enterprise information integration platform is proved by the example.In this paper, the main results are as follows:(1) The necessity of BPM implementation in the ERP system planning is analyzed, and the methods on BPM implementation in ERP system planning are also described.(2) A Process Improvement Model based on the BPM-ERP integrated framework is proposed. Besides, the BPM-ERP integrated framework and the Process Improvement Model are also proposed respectively so that enterprises wanting to implement ERP can implement business process management scientifically to improve the success rate of ERP implementation in enterprises. This part is the important theoretical results in this article.(3) In the case of this article, with the synchronous development of BPM and ERP, the obvious effectiveness of the processes optimization in construction of enterprise information integration platform is texted by BPM description, diagnostics, optimization, evaluation and combination with ERP software implementation based on the Process Improvement Model under the integrated framework.(4) The business process of the production management for a manufacturing enterprise is taken as an example. This article adopts subjective and objective methods (AHP and Entropy) to determine the combined weights, and uses fuzzy math to do fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Besides, the adjustment programs on the integration between production business processes and information, and organizational structure in production systems are proposed, which reflect the practical application value of this article.
