【摘要】 教师绩效考核是高校人力资源管理的重要组成部分。而高校实行教师绩效考评的主要目的在于客观、科学地考核教师的工作,为教师绩效提高和职业发展提供信息和指导,并努力实现教师职业理想和学校发展目标的协调统一。结合这样的目的,当前各高校对教师的绩效考核都相当重视,然而由于现在并没有一套统一的绩效考核方法体系,也没有形成统一的考核指标体系,各院校所用的考核方法都不全面和科学。因此每个高校找到一种适合于自己绩效考核的方法合理考核教师就至关重要。本文在分析当前高校绩效现状和绩效考核基本理论的基础上,剖析了现在许多高校绩效考核的问题,其次对绩效及绩效考核概念及相关理论进行了分析讲解。列举了几种常用的绩效考核方法。并对本论文重点要引入的绩效考核方法—DEA方法进行了概述并引入了标杆管理思想。接下来以H学院为例,列举并分析了该学院现行的教师绩效考核方法体系及其存在的问题。并提出建立以DEA为基础的教师绩效的考核指标体系的有效性。接着以H学院30名教师为例并结合DEA的相关方法和理论进行分析和计算,并对结果进行了分析、验证,得出了运用DEA考核方法的可行性；还提出了对非有效教师绩效的新的改进办法,还和该学院原考核方法比较,提出在该学院运用基于DEA的绩效考核方法有哪一些优势。最后提出了完善H学院教师绩效考核体系的进一步思考,更多还原

【Abstract】 It is the important component part in the human resource management of the university. The purpose is to assess the teachers’work scientifically and objectively following the time of economic knowledge. Offering the information and guidance to improve the work and career development, and carry out the unity of the university development strategy.The design of the appraisal system is a comprehensive and pivotal step. The quality of Teachers will decide by it. That’s the reason why all universities try to search a proper scientific performance system.This paper reforms the actuality of XX Financial and Professional College performance.and analyze some of the basic theories for evaluation. List and analyze some appraising problems of XX Financial and Professional College. Then introduce a useful assessing performance way—Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA. The keynotes of the thesis are changing ways for these problems. Then it depends on 15 teachers’analying and caculating, proving that it more useful and proper for XX Financial and Professional College compare with the prior one.
