基于VISSIM仿真的农村公路线形设计安全评价研究

【摘要】 近年来,我国农村公路发展迅猛,规模不断扩大,公路质量、通达深度逐步提高。农村公路交通安全问题的研究对全国交通运输网的构建具有重要的意义。本文以农村公路为研究对象,从农村公路交通安全现状进行分析,发现农村公路存在的主要问题,提出了影响农村公路交通安全的因素,运用改进的灰色关联分析确定影响因素的权重。首先,运用VISSIM仿真软件对农村公路路线设计安全性进行了仿真评价,对不利于安全的路线线形进行改建,无法改建的路线利用交通工程措施进行处置。其次,从农村公路路线线形设计方面研究了农村公路交通安全性,提出了农村公路路线设计的标准;根据自2004年开展的农村公路交通安全保障工程实施现状,从农村公路交通安全设施方面进行研究,提出了适用于农村公路的安全设施。论文从安全的角度对农村公路路线设计、农村公路安全保障工程进行研究探索,将节约型、宽容性、灵活性理念运用到农村公路方面的研究具有创新性。将VISSIM仿真软件运用于农村公路路线设计安全性评价是论文的另一个创新点。论文的成果为日后农村公路交通安全性评价提供方法指导和理论基础。

【Abstract】 With unceasingly expanding scale and gradually improving quality and connection depth, rural highway are developing rapidly in recent years. The study on rural highway traffic safety are becoming more and more important.Based on rural highway as research object, this paper provided a good analysis of the rural highway traffic safety situation, found the main problems of rural highways, proposed the influence factors of rural highway traffic safety, and determined weights of such factors using improved gray correlation analysis. Firstly, VISSIM simulation software were used to simulate and evaluate rural highways route design safety. The routes against safe were reconstruted, and the routes unable to be rebuilt were disposed with traffic engineering measures. Secondly, the study of rural highway traffic safety began from rural highway route design, and the rural highway route design standards were put forward. According to the implementation situation of the rural road traffic safety project since 2004, the paper also conducted study on rural road traffic safety facilities.The measures for rural highway safety facilities were provided.This paper studied the rural highway route design and rural highway traffic safety engineering. Using concepts of economy, tolerance, flexibility in the study on the rural highway is an innovation. And adaption of VISSIM simulation software in the rural highway route design safety evaluation is another innovation. The paper may provide methodology guidance and theoretical basis for rural hiway traffic safety evaluation.
