WX摩托车制造公司生产计划系统改进研究

【摘要】 企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中获得一席之地,必须迅速响应客户的需求,保质保量地完成客户的订单,这些依赖于一个科学有效的生产系统。生产系统的改进是运用科学的方法和手段对组成企业生产系统的各个单位,以及工作的状态与过程存在的问题进行分析,对资源进行更加合理的配置,使其适应企业生产管理目标,形成一个协调、高效的生产系统。生产计划系统是生产系统的一个组成部分,是企业生产和运作的基础。生产计划系统对企业的生产资源进行计划,使得各项生产资源在得到合理利用的同时,生产有序进行,企业获得经济效益。本文是在对WX摩托车制造公司的生产计划系统进行深入、细致的调研后,主要论述企业生产计划系统的现状,包括企业概况、组织架构、产品介绍、生产特点和生产计划流程,通过论述,找出生产计划系统中的存在的一些问题,然后针对这些问题,分析其产生的原因。结合先进的生产计划理论和方法,在该企业原有的生产计划系统的基础上,对其进行改进研究,提出改进方案和思路,增加了主生产计划层次和改进最终装配计划,使其生产计划系统更加合理和完整,提高生产计划的准确性以及可执行性。另外,本文根据该厂的实际情况,有效利用销售数据,为该厂设计了预测系统,为主生产计划提供来源。这些改进有效的利用了企业的各项资源,有利于该企业的生存和发展,也对其它企业的生产运作起到参考作用。论文全篇按照提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路逐层展开,共分为七章。第一章、第二章是绪论和理论综述,介绍了课题研究的理论背景及意义、论文的主要内容、研究方法、技术路线及相关理论和方法综述。第三章,是在WX摩托车制造公司生产计划系统的现状进行描述的基础上,提出生产计划系统存在的问题并对问题进行了分析,找出原因。第四章,论述WX摩托厂生产计划系统改进方案研究,用来解决生产计划系统存在的问题。第五章,该厂需求预测系统的设计。第六章,论述主生产计划和最终装配计划的详细方案研究。第七章,对整篇论文做出结论性的描述。

【Abstract】 Enterprises in the fierce market competition in order to get a place respond quickly to customer needs, to complete customer orders according to the quality and quantity, which relies on a scientific and effective production system. Improvement of production systems is to use scientific methods and means of production systems on the composition of the various units, and work status and the problems in the process of analysis, a more rational allocation of resources, to meet the objectives of production management, the formation of a Coordinated and efficient production system.Production planning system is an integral part of the production system and the basis for production and operation. Production planning system for planning production resources of enterprises, making the reasonable use of productive resources in the same time, production in an orderly manner, companies get economic benefit.This article is WX Motorcycle Manufacturing Company in the production planning system, in-depth, detailed research, the major discussion of the status of production planning systems, including enterprise and organization structure, product introduction, production characteristics and production planning process, through discussion, identify production planning system in the presence of some of the problems, then solve these problems and analyze its causes. Combined with advanced production planning theories and methods of the original production in the enterprise planning system, based on the improvement of its research, programs and ideas put forward to improve, increase and improve the level of master production scheduling final assembly plan, production plan to system more reasonable and complete, to improve the accuracy of production planning and enforceable. In addition, this according to the actual situation of the company, the effective use of sales data, forecast system is designed for the company and the main source of MPS. The effective improvement make use of the resources of enterprise which is conducive to the survival and development of the enterprise, but also for other enterprises play a reference role in the production operation.The complete article in accordance with the questions, analyze and solve problems step by step to start thinking, is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter and the second chapter are the introduction and theoretical overview of the research presented theoretical background and significance, the paper’s main content, research methods, technical route and the theory and methods. The third chapter, WX Motorcycle Manufacturing Company in the production planning system described in the current situation, based on the proposed production planning system and the problems are analyzed to find out the reasons. Chapter IV discusses the WX Motorcycle Manufacturing Company improvement program of production planning systems to solve the problems. Chapter V is the design of forecasting system for the company. Chapter VI discusses the detailed program of MPS and FAS. Chapter VII, is on the whole paper to make conclusive description.
