【摘要】 进入2l世纪以来,中国经济迅速腾飞,高速公路对推动中国经济建设发展的贡献日益显著。而高速公路机电工程项目作为高速公路建设过程中最重要的一环,具有建设周期长、投资金额大的特点,在机电工程项目中实行有效的成本控制对于控制高速公路建设成本,提高经济效益具有重大意义。有效控制工程项目成本,最大限度的降低成本,实现企业的经济效益最大化,是企业的永恒主题。与世界发达国家相比,我国在高速公路机电工程项目成本控制的研究及应用方面还存在着很大的不足。因此,对于高速公路机电工程项目成本控制的研究是十分必要的。首先,论文从成本控制理论着手,介绍了高速公路机电工程成本控制的相关概念以及课题研究背景,从理论的角度提出了高速公路机电工程项目成本控制的内容和方法；其次,论文从高速公路机电工程项目的规划、施工、竣工三个阶段分析了工程项目成本控制的影响因素,并详细阐述了实施工程项目成本控制的必要性；最后,论文以山东高速机电工程项目为研究对象,从公司的发展情况及特性分析其工程项目成本控制的内容及存在问题,针对性地对公司机电工程规划、施工、竣工阶段分别提出成本控制措施,对山东高速股份机电工程成本控制提出了改进性的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese industry has experienced an unprecedented tremendous development in the 21 st century and has contributed enormously to the growth of Chinese economy. As a most important part of construction, engineering construction is a long construction period the huge investment of public welfare projects. Under the keen competitive circumstances, efficient implement of cost control and cost management becomes a decisive factor in the reducing cost and improving benefit of engineering construction. Construction enterprises have to reduce cost and control cost through aggrandizement management, raise the gain level of the enterprise, implementation economic benefits is the biggest change.However,compared with developed countries, China’s engineering construction is far behind in cost control management’s historical experience, management skills and Practice effect.Therefore,analysis on engineering construction cost control is essential.First of all, the paper from the theoretical basis of engineering construction to proceed with research, defined the related concepts and background, introduced cost control method and cost control content;Secondly,the paper analyze the influential factors of engineering construction from designing stage、construction stage and completed stage. Last but not the least, the paper take Shandong CO., LTD as the object of study, discovered remaining problems, proposed cost control measures of designing stage、construction stage and completed stage, advanced constructive suggestions to engineering construction in Shandong expressway CO.,LTD.更多还原
