关于电能表远程抄表系统通信方式的设计

【摘要】 随着我国经济的迅速发展,电力工业得到了飞速的提高,城市用电量也在不断增加,电网的负荷越来越严重,结构越来越复杂,这就对电网配电的管理智能化及调度自动化提出了新的要求。根据目前的技术,电能并不能进行大量的存储,它的生产、传输、使用过程几乎是在同一时间内进行的。因此,电力行业必须采用计算机相关技术,实现从电力计量、负荷控制、继电保护到电力调度、故障检测和故障隔离等各项功能的智能化管理。其中,电能的计量管理系统是整个智能系统实现的基础;同时,我国国家电力公司在电网改造中也明确了“一户一表、集中抄表、银行联网”的基本政策,这为我国实现电网的现代化管理提供了广阔的平台,但这也大大增加了抄表工作量,使自动抄表系统的建立变得更为迫切。电能表远程集抄系统,可以为供电企业和广大电力用户提供快捷、准确的计量方式,系统所采用的通信方式是系统实时性和准确性的重要保证。本文从我国电力部门的管理体制和实际情况出发,对目前国内外的主要数据通信方式和结构进行分析和比较,包括GSM、蓝牙技术、扩频载波、光纤技术、GRRS等通信方式和特点,并结合电力系统的计量要求和不同客户的现场实际情况,提出了一套比较完整的电能表远程抄表系统的综合通信方案,从而实现真正意义上的“远程”抄表功能。电能计量的管理系统是实现配电自动化和电力市场营销的一个重要内容,电能表远程抄表系统作为用电管理及城区、农网配电自动化的一个重要组成部分,对于减少电力运营成本、调度部门进行实时线路负荷分析等提供了必要的数据基础,使电力部门更好的提高服务水平,创造良好的社会形象和社会效益。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of our national economy, the power industry has been rapidly developed,and the electric load has been more and more heavy,and the construction has been more and more compolicate,distribution automation or the electricity is requested。As The current technology,electric power can not be restored,the production、transmission and the use of the electricity happened at about the same time.There for,the electric power industry must achieve the intelligent management or the Electric measurment、power-load control、Relay Protection、power dispatch、Fault detection and the Fault Isolation with the computer techonology,which based on the Electric measurement.; at the same time,in the reconstruction of the elcectric network, the Department of the Electric Power declared that our basic policy is-each home has a power meter,centralized meter reading and online service together with banks,whice supplies a wide platform for the modern management of the electric power,but also increases much work in meter reading and makes AMR became more urgent.Remote Automation Meter Reading System (AMR) of the electric power is a real time system,which can supply a rapide and accurate method of electric power energy collecting. So the communication mode is an Important guarantee for the real time and accurate AMR system. From the management system and present situations of electricity supply companies in China, this paper roundly introduces communication schemes and structurs that are now adopted widely at home and abraod,such as GSM,Bluetooth,spread spectrum carrier,and optical fiber communication. In order to meet the metric requirements of the electrice system in actual circumstance of different clients,a integrated communication scheme is designed on the base of the need of the field and the computation technique,and therefore,set up a real remote meter reading system. Energy- measure management System is an important part of the distribution automation system and Electric Power Marketing.As an important component of the management of electric energy use and the distribution automation system,the AMR system provides the basic necessary data for reducing operation costs and analyzing line loads.It helps the Department of the Electric Power improve their service,and it has great benefits to society and economy.
