【摘要】 现今,环境问题时刻影响着人们的日常生活,对人们的身心健康造成了相当大的影响。导致环境问题不断恶化的根本原因主要是人为因素造成的,正是由于人们对于环境的肆意妄为,不懂节制才使得环境得不到控制。近几年来国家也在不断加大对于环境问题的整治力度,推行了明确的奖罚制度,使得环境污染问题得到了很大程度上的抑制。潍坊市环境保护局滨海经济开发区分局在环境问题上没有什么突出的管理模式,只是简单处理一些无关紧要的工作,这样远远达不到抑制环境恶化的目的。如何采取有效措施,对环境问题进行治理同样是潍坊市环境保护局滨海经济开发区分局时刻考虑的问题,如果依旧采用以往的管理模式,那么将对环境保护起不到任何作用,所以潍坊市环境保护局滨海经济开发区分局根据自身管理经验制定了合理的政治措施,在管理环境问题上实行了新型的管理模式,采用计算机信息化手段开发环境保护系统,不仅提高了管理效率,减轻了繁重的工作量,而且大大降低了错误的频繁发生。在本文设计之前,已经对潍坊市环境保护局滨海经济开发区分局环境保护管理做了调查,对系统的整体情况进行了详细描述。首先研究了系统的开发背景,对系统中出现的诸多问题提出了合理的解决方案。接着对用户所提出的整体需求深入研究,对系统实行了分模块式需求分析。其次对系统进行了概要设计和详细设计,主要描述系统框架实现技术以及系统核心功能的实现过程。然后对已经完成的系统进行全面的实现过程,具体展示了实现活动图、实现效果图以及实现代码。最后对系统整体做了总结,并对需要改进的地方进行了详细说明。系统具体采用J2EE框架体系,具体运用到了DAO技术,将系统底层数据访问逻辑与业务逻辑访问分离,同时,使用了Struts技术,实现了MVC设计模式,将系统视图、业务逻辑和数据模型进行分步式管理。考虑到潍坊市环境保护局滨海经济开发区分局的工作多元化,系统实现了强大的数据搜索功能,最大限度地满足潍坊市环境保护局滨海经济开发区分局的各种管理需要。系统主要实现了六大功能模块,即基础信息管理由环境基本状况、设备信息、部门信息、管理员信息组成；环境调查管理由调查员信息,调查信息,调查设备信息组成；环境检测管理由检测员信息,环境状况,环境检测信息,检测设备信息组成；污染治理管理由治理员信息,环境污染状况,大气污染治理,水污染治理,噪音污染治理,固体废物污染治理,白色污染治理,土壤污染治理,农业污染治理组成,污染超标预警管理由污染状况,超标状况,预警信息组成；系统管理由友情链接管理、系统角色管理,登陆日志组成。通过各模块之间协同合作,共同完成了自身环境保护的管理工作。根据具体使用要求,系统完成了不同功能模块间管理的合理分类,建立了程序化、制度化、规范化的潍坊市环境保护局滨海经济开发区分局环境保护系统。潍坊市环境保护局滨海经济开发区分局环境保护系统的使用大大提高了潍坊市环境保护局滨海经济开发区分局自身管理效率,系统将环境保护工作进行了统筹设计,不仅在管理方面更加便捷,而且在自身发展上也是一个质的飞跃。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, environmental problems affect people’s daily life at every moment, which has caused a considerable influence on people’s physical and mental health. The main reason which has led to environment worsening is caused by human beings. It is because people do what they wish without restraint to the environment and with no temperance that the environment is becoming worse and worse. In recent years, our country is making great efforts to solve environment problems, implementing the clear award and punishment system, which has largely produced a very good effect on the environmental problems. Weifang environmental protection agency coastal economic development zone has no outstanding management mode of the environment problems, just dealing with some unimportant work, which cannot reach the purpose of inhibiting the deterioration of the environment. What Weifang environmental protection agency coastal economic development zone also concerns is how to take effective measures to cure the environment problems. If still taking the former management mode, it is unhelpful to the environment protection. Therefore, Weifang environmental protection agency coastal economic development zone makes reasonable political measures according to their own management experience, carrying out the new type of management mode in the management of environmental problems and using computer information means to develop environment protection system, which not only can improve the efficiency of management, reduce the heavy workload and could greatly reduce frequent mistakes.Before the design of this paper, we have made an investigation on the environmental protection management of Weifang environmental protection agency coastal economic development zone and described its whole system in detail. Firstly, we studied the development background of the system, put forward reasonable solutions to the problems occurring in the system. Then, we made further research on the user demands, and did requirement analysis on the system in module type. Secondly, we made outline design and detailed design of the system, mainly describing system framework implementation technology and realization process of the system core function. Then we made the comprehensive realization process of the finished system, realizing activity diagrams, rendering and the code. Finally we made a summary of whole system and made a detailed explanation in the areas which need improvement. This system adopts J2EE framework system and DAO technology to separate the system ground data visit and business logic visit. Also, it uses the Struts technology, realizing MVC design patterns, and applying the step type management to the system view, business logic and data model.Considering the work diversification of Weifang environmental protection agency coastal economic development zone, the system realizes the powerful data search function, providing a maximum limit to meet the need of Weifang environmental protection agency coastal economic development zone branch. System mainly realizes the six function modules:based information management composed of the basic situation, equipment information, department information and administrators information; environmental investigation management composed of investigators information, survey information and survey equipment information; environmental testing management composed of surveyors information, environmental status, environmental testing information and testing equipment information; pollution management composed of management member information, environmental pollution condition, atmospheric pollution, water pollution, noise pollution treatment, solid waste pollution, white pollution, soil pollution control and agricultural pollution control; pollution exceeds bid composed of pollution condition, early warning management of excess status and early warning information; systems management composed of the link management, system role management and landing log. Through coordination between each module, it has completed its environmental protection management work. According to the specific application requirements, the system has accomplished reasonable classification of different functional management between modules, establishing programmed, institutionalization and standardization of Weifang environmental protection agency coastal economic development zone sub-bureau environmental protection system.The use of Weifang environmental protection agency coastal economic development zone branch environmental protection system can greatly improve the management efficiency of Weifang environmental protection agency coastal economic development zone branch.
