基于无功优化的自动电压控制系统

【摘要】 电力系统及其电力企业管理运行的基本目标是安全、优质、经济地向用户提供电能。电压质量是衡量电能质量的重要指标之一,它对电力系统稳定运行、降低线路损耗、保证工业和农业生产安全、提高产品质量、降低用电单耗等都有直接影响。地区电网的无功电压控制的主要目标是降低电网有功损耗和提高母线电压合格率。因此,为了满足地区电网的要求,就要在电压质量和电网经济运行之间寻找平衡点,对电网的电压和无功进行优化控制。本文提出的自动电压控制方案是针对地区电网的,其主要控制手段是投切并联电容器和调整有载调节变压器分接头。它的目标是在电网安全稳定运行的前提下,保证电压和功率合格,并尽可能降低网损。该系统充分利用主站SCADA系统的信息和高级应用软件的结果数据,实现对全网电压无功的优化集中控制。通过对现场应用分析,该系统能够保证电力系统安全稳定运行,有效减轻运行人员的劳动强度,具有良好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 The basic aim of electric power system and electric power corporation is safely and economically providing electricity to consumers with high grade. The quality of voltage is one of the most important targets to scale the electricity quality, which has immediate infection to the electric power system stabilization circulate, reducing the connection waste, improving the production quality and depressing the electro-loss.The main objectives of reactive power and voltage control to a power grid are to reduce system losses and to improve the voltage profile. Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of regional power grid, it is necessary to find a balance between voltage quality and power system economic operation to optimize the control of voltage and reactive power.In this paper, the scheme of automatic voltage control (AVC) is for the regional power grid, the main means of control is to switch of shunt capacitors and to adjust the tap of under load tap changer (ULTC). Its aim is based on the security and stability of power grid to ensure the voltage and power qualified and to minimize power loss. Using the information from the SCADA system in the master station and the results from the power application software, it implements optimization and integrate control for voltage and reactive power of all power system. Through the analysis of field application, the system can guarantee the safe and stable operation of power system and effectively reducing labor intensity with good economic returns.
