【摘要】 目的：用穴位贴敷法治疗AECOPD患者,观察其对症状、体征的缓解,对肺功能及血白细胞及中性粒细胞水平的改善。客观评价其疗效。方法：60名AECOPD患者按随机数字表随机分成治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组采用加味桑白皮膏穴位贴敷,对照组口服加味桑白皮汤,观察两组的临床疗效和肺功能及血白细胞、中性粒细胞水平的改善情况。结果：两组AECOPD患者中医症候的控显率分别为73.33%和70.00%,总有效率分别为93.33%和90.00%,两组疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05),单项症状疗效,治疗前、后差异有显著意义,治疗后组间比较疗效差异无显著性。治疗组和对照组均能提高患者的肺功能,二者疗效差异无显著性。二者均能降低血白细胞及中性粒细胞水平,差异无显著性。结论：加味桑白皮膏穴位贴敷与口服给药途径不同,但疗效一致,且安全有效,值得在临床进一步推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:We treat patients of AECOPD with acupoint application.to observe the relief of the symptom and signs, the improve of the respiratory function, WBC and neutrophil. To objective evaluation its therapeutic effect.Methods:60 patients were random fractionate two groups. The observed group was treated by acupoint application with Jia-Wei-Sang-Bai-Pi liquid, and the compared group was dosed by the same medicine.We observe the difference betweet therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The control-excellence rate between the two groups were 73.33% and 70.00%, the general effective rate were 93.33% and 86.67%.The observed group have the same curative effect compared with the compared group. The respiratory function was increased significantly in both group, there were no difference between the two groups. The abnormality heighten WBC and N% were degraded.there were no difference between the tow groups.Conclusion:Compared with dosed ones, acupoint application changed the administration route, but they have the same curative effect, and also it is safty, so it is worthy to be generalization and application.更多还原
