【摘要】 随着邮政速递物流改革的深入和中国加入世贸组织的快递业开放承诺,在中国市场快递业的竞争也将进入一个新的阶段。速递业务是一项高成长、高收益的邮政业务,也是市场竞争最激烈的业务之一。信息系统是快递企业的中枢神经,信息网络技术是构成现代物流体系的重要组成部分,也是提高物流服务效率的重要技术保障。而国内在物流实时跟踪方面的研究刚刚起步。邮政速递综合信息处理平台重点是对邮件及其总包全程实时动态跟踪查询。使邮政速递彻底摆脱整体信息化落后、科技含量和科技水平不高的不利局面,构建一套完整、完善、重点突出的信息化支撑系统,促进速递服务水平、市场竞争能力和经营管理水平质的飞跃,从而跨入全邮政乃至全世界速递行业的先进行列。本人试图运用项目管理的理论研究邮政速递信息处理平台项目管理过程中的某些方面,总结分析其不足,更好地帮助速递项目按照预定的成本、时间、质量顺利完成。本文作者研究了邮政速递信息处理平台的建设案例并运用现有的项目管理理论、技术、方法和过程,论述邮政速递信息平台项目建设过程中计划管理和进度管理两个阶段的工作流程和内容,总结分析其不足,结合邮政信息项目的特点,尝试在原有项目管理内容上有所改进,增加相应的管理内容,从而逐步形成邮政特有的项目管理风格,更好地帮助邮政信息项目按照预定的成本、时间、质量顺利完成。同时本人也希望能为当前邮政实施信息化项目管理提供一个可行的参考,并将项目管理的研究推上一个较新的高度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the reform of Postal express service and logistics and China’s WTO commitment to open its express industry, the competition in the postal express market entered into a new stage. The postal express delivery service is a fast growing and high-margin business, and the competition is heated.Information system is the central nerve of the express delivery companies; the modern information network technology is an important part of logistics system which is also a guarantee of highly effective logistics services. However, the research of real-time tracking in logistics just started.The focus of postal express information platform is about mail and package real-time tracking and tracing. So that postal express service can change its overall low technology situation, and build a comprehensive and focused information and technology infrastructure, and improve the service level, market competitiveness and operational management level, lead the industry not only for China Postage but also the world postal express companies.The Author tries to use the theories of project management to conduct a research on some of the aspects of postal express information processing platform, analyzing its weakness and helping postal express project done in a timely and cost effectively manner.The author of this text has studied the construction cases of information systems, use existing project management theory, technology, method and course, expound the workflow and content of project determination and acceptance check stage in the process of the postal service information-based project construction, summarize and analyze it is insufficient, combine the characteristic of the information-based project of the postal service, try to improve to some extent on the original project management content, increase the corresponding management content, thus form the project managerial style with characterized postal service progressively, help the information-based project of the postal service to finish smoothly according to the cost, time, quality when are booked better. At the same time, I also hope to implement the information-based project management to offer a feasible reference for the postal service at present and push the research of the project management to a newer height.更多还原
