【摘要】 随着中国集团型企业的发展,在市场竞争日趋激烈的环境下,借助人力资源管理系统建设,从传统事务性的人事管理模式向战略管理的转变,无疑是一条很好的出路。如何充分发挥企业最核心的资源——人的效率成为企业提高效益的关键所在,一个适合企业发展模式的人力资源管理系统既能有效的避免手工管理模式的低效率、随意性强和人为因素多的缺陷,又能对人的思想、心理和行为进行恰当的诱导、控制和协调,充分发挥人的主观能动性,使人尽其才、事得其人、人事相宜,以实现企业的目标。本文围绕同方股份集团企业人力资源管理系统的设计,结合软件工程的开发理论,根据企业具体人力资源业务情况进行系统需求描述和分析；设计部分提出了系统总体结构、产品架构、角色设计等设计最后通过界面、兼容性和功能性等测试完成系统验收测试工作。本论文的重点,在于依据集团企业的实际情况,为集团企业定制一款符合实际需要的人力资源管理系统。目前本系统阶段性模块已经开发完成,同方总部及母公司正处于使用初期阶段,预计在一段时间使用后,可以有效地提高公司的人才信息管理工作效率,并可以明显减少办公支出。随着对信息管理工作理解的加深,相信在下一阶段的开发中还会给公司带来更多的效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of group enterprises in China, market competition becomes more and more cruel. Under the construction of HR management system, personnel management changed itself from normal traditional transactional to strategic management. This is no doubt a good direction for the management. Staff is the key factor on enterprises’efficiency, so how to make full use of this core recourse is very important. A suitable HR management way to enterprises developing can avoid low efficiency which is caused by manual management, randomness and human factors. Further more, it can perform appropriate inducement, controlling and coordination to person mind, psychology and behavior so as to give full play to subjective initiative to perfect every staff’s function and help enterprise realizing their target.This article involves the designation of HR management system on TongFang group enterprise, demands analysis (combined Software Engineering theory) on actual situation of HR business. System general framework, product framework, role designation are raised in "design section". Interface test, compatibility test and function test are raised at the end of article’s acceptance testing. This article mainly discusses an appropriate actual-based HR management system, custom made to group enterprises.Currently, system module for development phase have been completed, implement is on going. It is estimated that the system will largely improve talent management efficiency and clearly save office cost after system put into operation.As our understanding to information management increase, we believe next version will bring more benefits to our company.更多还原
