【摘要】 目的:本研究通过调查老年人群中血管性痴呆的中医证候分布和阳明病变证候分布情况,探讨阳明病变与老年期血管性痴呆是否存在一定相关性,以便于为临床治疗血管性痴呆寻找新突破点。方法:本研究采用聚类分析和频数统计的方法,用现场调查的方式搜集134例老年期血管性痴呆患者的信息,对其进行统计、分析,总结出老年期血管性痴呆的中医证候分布和阳明病变证候分布情况。结果:134例血管性痴呆患者的症状经聚类分析后可划分为4类,经专家讨论给予适当的名称,分别为:肾虚血瘀;痰浊蒙窍;心脾两虚;阳明蓄血。然后查阅所有收集病历资料,结合对症状的聚类分析,可以得出阳明蓄血证患者共20例,占所有患者的14.93%;兼有阳明证实证的患者共88人,占总人数的65.7%;兼有阳明病热证患者共25人,占18.66%。结论:通过调查,阳明蓄血证型在老年期血管性痴呆患者中确实存在,由此可见阳明蓄血是一个重要病机,而在所有患者中,阳明病症候是广泛存在的,以阳明蓄血为点,阳明病症候广泛分布为面,从而得出阳明病变与血管性痴呆是有一定相关性的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This study is by investigating vascular dementia in the elderly population of TCM syndrome distribution and the syndrome distribution of Yang Ming lesions ,to discuss if there exist certain correlations in order to find new breakthrough on the clinical treatment of vascular dementia.Methods:This study uses cluster analysis and frequency statistics to the informations which are collected with on-site investigation of 134 cases of vascular dementia patient ,through statistics and analysis, summarized that vascular dementia in the elderly population of TCM syndrome distribution and the syndrome distribution of Yang Ming lesions Results:134 patients with symptoms of vascular dementia by the cluster analysis can be divided into four categories discussed by the experts to give an appropriate name, respectively: kidney deficiency and blood stasis; phlegm blinded orifices; both heart and spleen weakliness; blood amassment of Yang Ming. Then access to all medical records collected, combined with cluster analysis of symptoms, find that the blood amassment of Yang Ming can be drawn a total of 20 cases, accounting for 14.93% of all patients; both Yang Ming confirmed that patients with a total of 88 cases, accounting for 65.7%; both Yang Ming heat syndrome accounting for 18.66% Conclusion:Through investigation, we can see that the blood amassment of Yang Ming in elderly patients with vascular dementia do exist, so blood amassment of Yang Ming is an important pathogenesis, and in all patients syndromes of YangMing disease are widespread,so we can infer that there is a certain correlation between lesions of Yang Ming and vascular dementia from what the blood amassment of Yang Ming is the point,and the YangMing lesions is widely distributed as surface更多还原
