【摘要】 目的:观察祛瘀生肌膏治疗下肢慢性溃疡的临床疗效,探讨其作用机理,为祛瘀生肌膏治疗下肢慢性溃疡奠定理论基础。方法:将符合诊断标准及纳入标准的40例下肢慢性溃疡患者随机分为两组,治疗组20例,外用祛瘀生肌膏对创面换药;对照组20例,外用生肌玉红膏换药,两组均隔日对创面换药一次,治疗28天。分别观察用药后第7天、14天、21天、28天的创面面积、肉芽色泽,测定用药后第1天﹑3天、7天创面分泌物的PH值,并记录自用药后新生上皮组织出现的最早时间的天数及创面愈合时间,第28天进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组与对照组在总体疗效、创面分泌物PH值上无显著性差异(P>0.05);其中治疗组用药后第14天创面愈合率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);第7天创面肉芽色泽质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05);创面愈合时间、新生上皮组织出现时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:祛瘀生肌膏能有效改善肉芽质量,促进组织再生,缩短创面愈合时间,是治疗下肢慢性溃疡的有效制剂,为中医药外治创面提供了一种简便廉验的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Observe : The study is to evaluate the effects of Qi Yu Sheng Ji (QYSJ) ointment on the clinical efficacy of chronic leg ulcers and elucidate the therapeutic mechanism , thus a theoretical foundation of QYSJ ointment is expected.Method :The 40 cases of the chronic leg ulcers patients were enrolled in study and randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 20 treated by QYSJ ointment and the control group of 20 treated by Sheng Ji Yu Hong ointment. Every group was treated by changing dressing next day, treated by 28 days . At the 7th,,14th, 21th, 28th day recorded the wound area and the granulation color. At the 1th,3th,7th day recorded the wound secretions PH and recorded the wound healing time, the earliest day of the epithelial tissue from providing a new medicine . Valued the curative efficacy after 28 days.Results: There is no marked difference in the overall therapy effect and the wound secretion PH (P>0.05). But the wound healed rate of treatment group was significant higher than the control group at the 14th day (P<0.05).The granulation color of treatment group was better than the control group at the 7th day (P<0.05). The time of healed patients and the epithelial tissue was shorter than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusions: QYSJ ointment can be improve the quality of the granulation tissue and shorten the healing time. QYSJ ointment is an effective and safety application for the chronic leg ulcers.更多还原
