基于空间信息的兵团土地遥感动态监测数据库系统研发

【摘要】 本研究在国家土地利用总体规划下,针对新疆兵团示范垦区绿洲特色的土地资源环境条件,利用兵团特殊体制与管理一体化的特点,全面考虑兵团示范垦区农业、水利、土地、城镇建设、生态环境监测以及公共安全与应急反应等部门对国土资源空间信息技术的具体需求,运用目前国内外成熟的遥感、地理信息系统与空间信息服务系统技术,综合利用3S技术、调研、访谈与实地考察等手段,以石河子148团为重点研究区域,获取石河子148团土地的开发、利用、整治、保护在空间上的现势信息及其动态变化数据,设计开发了基于ArcGIS的兵团土地遥感动态监测数据库系统。本文经过对示范区的实地考察和深入调研,获取了大量基础地理信息数据,并根据需求分析从数据内容、精度、现势性等方面进行了数据源选择,同时对建库资料进行预处理,主要采用地图扫描数字化方法对数据资料进行数字化处理,并进行图幅接边、多边形生成等处理,录入属性数据和注记记录,采用Geodatabase数据存储方案,建立数据库。在数据库设计过程中,本文先对数据建库物理平台进行选择,然后对建库总体方案进行了设计,着重从数据标准化角度进行分析和设计,对数据建库的关键技术和采用的具体方法进行了阐述,最后对系统功能进行了全面的分析和设计。系统实现了诸如地图的漫游、放大、缩小、全屏、鹰眼、图层控制等基础GIS功能,还实现了属性数据和空间数据的综合查询,定位,空间位置的量算、影像对比等空间分析,并针对具体需要设计了统计功能,可以对土地分类信息进行统计并以统计图表和专题图的形式输出。系统操作界面友好,交互方便,可操作性强。系统采用ArcGIS系列软件作为GIS的基础平台,利用ArcSDE和Oracle管理和存储数据,采用Visual studio 2008和ArcEngine的集成开发方式,在开发中充分发挥开发工具的优势,提高了系统的可操作性。本系统通过对土地利用历史数据和用地需求的分析,为我国在西北地区开展土地资源的综合利用提供科学依据,为兵团土地资源开发利用和管理决策提供实时准确的信息服务,促进“金土工程”的建设和土地资源的可持续利用。

【Abstract】 This research is based on national land-use programming,aim at oasis characteristic of xinjiang crop demonstrate area land sorce enviroment,make use of the incorporate characteristic of crop special system and management, consider agriculture, water conservancy, land-use, town construction, ecosystem environment monitor and public safety with meet an emergency reaction of demonstration area. Useing remote-sensing、geography information system and space information service system technique, make use of a 3S technique, investigate, interview with on-the-spot investigation etc. We make shihezi 148 as the main research area,obtain dynamic variety data and real time information of land development,land use,land renovate and land protection, we have designed a database of xinjiang crop land-use and remote sensing inspection based on ArcGIS.We have made on-the-spot inspection and thorough investigation of the demonstration area, obtained the information data of a great deal of foundation geography, and according to need analysis from the data contents, accuracy, present situation...etc. carried on a data source a choice, in the meantime carry on preparing a processing towards setting up database data,.We have used map scan as the numeral method, and carry on a diagram to connect a side, polygon build processing, record into attribute data with note record, adopt a Geodatabase data saving project, establisht database.In the process of database design,we first make a choice of database physical terrace, then designed database setting up project, emphasized to standardize mathed, elaborate the key technique of the database and the concrete method, finally carried on an overall analysis and design to the system function.The system carried out such as traveling extensively, enlarge, contracting of map, all hold, eagle eye, diagram layer control etc. foundation GIS function, also carried out the comprehensive search of attribute data and space data, fixed position, space position calculate, image contrast etc. space analysis.We aim at to concretely need to design covariance function,it can make categorize information of land,and made statistical charts and the special subject diagram output.The system operates interface amity and hand over with each other convenient, the maneuverability is strong.The system adopts ArcGIS series software as GIS farm, and make use of ArcSDE and Oracle to manage and saving data, adoption Visual studio 2008 with ArcEngine of integrated development way, we exertive develop tool in the development of advantage, raised the maneuverability of system.This system passes to make use of a history data and use a ground of demanding analysis to the land, for the our country opens resources in the exhibition land in the northwest region of the comprehensive exploitation provide science basis, is resources in the large unit land development make use of and management accurate information service for decision to provide solid, promote the construction and land resources of’gold soil engineering" of can keep on exploitation.
