基于J2EE的电子票务系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 在信息化时代的历史背景下,电子商务应运而生。各行各业都深刻地意识到运用现代化的信息技术,实现组织机构、各项职能和具体工作流程的重组优化,超越时间和空间分隔的制约,打破地域和部门划分的藩篱,系统化的整合资本和人力资源,最大限度的提高现有资源的使用效率,构建便捷友好、精简效能运作模式的重要性。电子票务作为电子商务的一个子类,商务运作的主要目标是各类票证,除具备电子商务的基本特征之外,还兼具票证无纸化、企业财务信息明细化、涉及行业时开发定向化等自身特点。在电子商务蓬勃发展的历史背景下,电子票务的系统开发还存在功能单一化、应用简单化、软件开放性和互动性不足等问题。而Web、J2EE技术以其开放性、良好的互操作性、平台的无关性等优点,能够弥补电子票务系统的诸多不足,应用前景十分广阔。有鉴于此,论文首先对当前的电子票务的发展现状进行了分析,明确提出了电子票务系统存在的主要问题和不足。在此基础上应用J2EE,设计了基于Web模型系统,并给出了模型中主要部分的设计和实现。总的来讲,主要进行了以下几方面研究:一是总结电子票务的发展现状,并进行系统分析,提出电子票务系统开发面临的主要问题,引出当前电子票务系统中存在的开放性、交互性不足,处理业务低层次化,业务综合化不足等问题,介绍了Web、J2EE等基本概念及其现状和未来发展应用趋势。二是根据系统实际需求,按照参考模型,结合互动系统,构建了框架结构,进行了业务逻辑设计,利用Web和J2EE技术创建交互性的电子票务系统,弥补了传统电子票务系统的缺陷,使电子票务系统能更好的运转。三是研究了Web、J2EE在电子票务系统中的应用,完成了一套完整的流程。论文以实际电子票务系统设计为背景,从理论和实践上系统完成了电子票务系统的分析与设计工作,是电子票务相关技术应用的一次有益尝试,为相关票务行业的信息化建设提供了参考。
【Abstract】 Under the historical background of information era, E-commerce emerges as the times require. Every walk of life has realized the significance profoundly to utilize the modern information technology to implement the restructuring optimization of organization, various functions and details workflow, surpassing limitations of the time and space separation, breaking the obstacles of the area and department partitions, systemizing integration capital and human resource, improving the efficiency of the current resources ultimately, and constructing the easy, friendly, simply and effective operational modes. As one of the branches of the e-commerce, the most important purpose of e-ticketing is to operate various tickets, except the basic functions of e-commerce, it has self-characteristics, such as, paperless ticket, clear financial information of enterprises, and development orientation when involving the industry. Under the booming of e-commerce, the system development of e-ticketing still exist the problems, for example, simplified function and application, deficiency of software’s openness and interactions. While, with the advantages of the openness, well mutual operation and platform independent, the technique of Web and J2EE can cover the e-ticketing system’s deficiency and has very bright future.Herein, the thesis will analyze the development status quo of the e-ticketing, and clearly bring forward the main problems and deficiency of e-ticketing system, on this foundation, use J2EE to design the model system based on Web, and provide the body design of the model. Generally, the thesis will focus on several aspects as follows:the first, conclude the development status quo of e-ticketing, analyze systematically, put forward the main problems of the e-ticketing system development, draw out the deficiency of the e-ticketing system, such as, lack of openness and interaction, lower level business processing, and shortage of integrated process, and introduce the basic concepts and status quo of Web and J2EE,and the trends of the future development and application. Secondly, according to the system actual demand, in the light of the reference model, combine with the interacted system, construct the framework, and carry out the business logical design, utilize the Web and J2EE technique to create the interacted e-ticketing system to cover the deficiency of the traditional e-ticketing system, make the e-ticketing system operate better. Thirdly, the thesis researches the applications of the Web、J2EE on the e-ticketing system and carry out a whole set of flow. As the background of the actual e-ticketing system design, the thesis has done the e-ticketing system analysis and design on the theory and practice. As a beneficial attempt of the related techniques of e-ticketing, it provides the reference of the information construction of ticket industry.
