基于地理信息系统的多维无线信息系统设计与应用

【摘要】 在当前的移动通信系统中,大多数服务供应商所提供的网络规划和优化服务使用的是二维的平面系统,无法充分利用丰富的地理信息资源,而且还存在速度慢,数据更新不及时,使用不方便等缺点。为了在日常网络优化工作中有更好、更具效率的平台,同时更能够满足网络优化部门对网络的特性化业务需求,论文在充分调研了地理信息信息系统,设计能够充分利用现有丰富的三维地理信息资源,具有对网络投诉处理、网络优化、网络规划等功能的多维无线信息系统。本系统是通过使用VBA开发的自动宏程序,先是把无线小区KPIKey Performance Indicator)统计数据从informix中定时取出,再自动转化为GOOGLE EARTH可处理的KML文件。利用GOOGLE EARTH平台呈现与网络相关的KML (Keyhole Markup Language)数据,对日常规划优化专项做案例分析。
【Abstract】 The network Optimize Systems which we use now are almost based on planar system with two -dimensional. They can’t take full advantage of the information system on resource environment. And there are many weak points of the systems, such as the speed of service is low, cell data is not timely, the use is not convenient and so on.The aim of this item is to make a more efficiency system which can reflect our special demands on the local network optimization. With the professional basics on communication technology, I study Kml protocol, VBA skill, GOOGLE EARTH, SQL from the network, research them, and develop the system which can take use of the three-dimensional geographic information resources. At the same time, we can handle our customer’s wireless complaints, optimize our network, plan our network, analysis the marketing information through this system.The aim of this paper has two important parts. The first part is to introduce two VBA automatic procedures, which is to get the data of cells’ KPI data from Informix database on timer. The other is to change the excel file which records the KPI data into kml’s file which can be read by the Google earth software. The important part of the paper is to introduce the cases of normal optimize and plan work which have be done through this system.
