【摘要】 建设综合运输体系是新时期我国加快发展现代交通业的重大战略任务之一,也是按照大部制改革要求,理顺交通发展体制机制,转变交通发展方式,提升交通发展综合效益的现实需要,将是今后一段时期我国综合运输发展的重点。中央新疆工作会议以后,作为综合运输体系中重要组成部分,新疆的公路客运枢纽建设迎来了难得的、可全面提升能力与服务水平的历史机遇。公路客运枢纽是城市内部客运交通与对外公路客运交通的重要衔接点,尤其是区域内的中心城市,公路客运枢纽站数量较多,其布局将直接影响公路客运与其他运输方式的换乘效率,在很大程度上将决定人们出行的便利性,同时对交通基础设施资源的合理配置及充分利用、避免重复建设有着重要意义。本文结合乌昌地区公路客运枢纽站发展的现状采用定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法,预测各特征年该区域公路客运枢纽全社会客运量、未来枢纽站站务作业量,并根据预测的结果,测算乌昌区域公路客运枢纽站规模,采用重要度指标计算方法对备选客运枢纽站进行排序,进而筛选出纳入乌昌区域公路客运枢纽的客运站。之后按照轻重缓急原则,确定了乌昌区域公路客运枢纽站规划分期建设方案及相关保障措施。研究结果表明,乌昌地区现有公路客运设施无法满足未来该地区公路客运需求,至2020年需要建设7个新的公路客运枢纽站才能较好满足该区域公路客运需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of an integrated transport system is one of the major strategic task to accelerate the development of modern transportation and also is really needed for changing the transportation development mode, enhancing the overall efficiency of the reality of transport development needs, according to the requirements of reform. In the future it will be the most important and difficult part to develop the integrated transport system. After the Central Work Conference in Xinjiang, as a very important part of the Infrastructure, Xinjiang’s overall transportation system shared a rare historic opportunity that can definitely enhance the capacity and service level.The hub of road passenger transport is an important connecting point of the road passenger transport system, especially for the centre cities of an area. The location of these hubs has a strong impact on the efficiency of changing to other traffic modes, which also has a great significance on the sufficient application of the traffic infrastructures and avoiding redundant project.In this paper, with the current situation of the integrated transport hub of Wuchang area, we attempt to predict the passenger transportation volume for the whole society and the quantity of the hub demanded in the future by using a combination methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis in each Characteristic year. We will make plans according to the prediction results about the integrated transport hub plan in Wuchang, propose building programs in the region and the related installment safeguards. The results show that the passenger transport facilities in Wuchang is not available to meet the future demand, in order to satisfy the demand of road passenger transport, we have to build another 7 passenger stations before 2020.更多还原
