单箱多室波形钢腹板箱梁的受力特性分析

【摘要】 波形钢腹板组合梁是一种新型的钢—混凝土组合结构,由于它充分利用了混凝土和钢的材料特点,具有良好的受力性能,并且减轻了结构的自重,进而减少了下部结构的工程数量,因而在日本和欧美得到了广泛的应用。近年来,为适应交通发展的需求,一些高速公路的桥梁开始向更宽发展,单幅桥梁的横向宽度不断地增加,所以单箱多室箱梁桥越来越多。对混凝土单箱多室箱梁的研究已相对完善,但是对单箱多室波形钢腹板箱梁的研究还很少。为适应交通的要求,更好的发挥波形钢腹板箱梁的优势,对单箱多室波形钢腹板箱梁的研究显得尤为必要。本文首先介绍了单箱多室波形钢腹板箱梁的构造特征,包括波形钢腹板的形状及抗剪连接键的类型。然后总结了波形钢腹板组合梁桥与预应力混凝土梁桥及平钢腹板预应力混凝土梁桥相比的优缺点。结合国内外已有的分析成果,对实桥中采用的梯形波形钢腹板的受力行为进行了理论分析,包括波形钢腹板的轴向变形、局部屈曲、整体屈曲、合成屈曲稳定性等力学特性。然后总结了单箱单室波形钢腹板组合梁桥的的抗弯、抗剪、抗扭等性能。本文利用通用有限元软件ANSYS对单箱多室波形钢腹板箱梁建模分析。通过在跨中加载集中荷载中载、偏载和均布荷载作用,模拟分析了单箱多室波形钢腹板箱梁不同箱梁室数对梁体受力特性的影响,并给出挠度及应力分布规律。本文还研究了单箱多室波形钢腹板箱梁的剪力滞效应和箱梁室数的关系,频率和箱梁室数的关系以及在纵桥向地震力作用下箱梁顶底板相对变位和横隔板的关系。通过本文的研究,对单箱多室波形钢腹板箱梁桥的优化设计提供依据。

【Abstract】 The pre-stressed concrete composite girder with corrugated steel webs was a new type of steel-concrete composite structure, which was have been extensive used in Japan. and European countries because it makes full use of material characteristics of concrete and steel, and has good mechanical properties and reduced the quantity of the substructure, and reduced the weight of the structure. In recent years, in order to adapt to the needs of the development of the traffic, some highway bridge began to develop widly, and the horizontal width of single bridge has constantly increased, so single box and multi-cell girder bridge become more and more. The study of a single concrete box and multi-cell girder already relatively perfect, but research of multi-cell corrugated steel webs box girders was rare. In order to adapt to the requirements of traffic, and better play the advantages of corrugated steel webs of single-box, the research of single-box multi-cell girder with corrugated steel webs is necessary.This paper introduced firstly the characteristic of the single box girder multi-oven waveform steel webs, including the form of corrugated webs and the shear connectors. Then the advantages and disadvantages of the pre-stressed concrete composite girder with corrugated webs were summarized, when compared to the pre-stressed concrete beam bridge and the pre-stressed concrete composite girder with flat webs. In this paper, combined with the achievements in analyses abroad as well as the data of the constructed bridges, the behaviors of the trapezoidal corrugated steel webs used in the constructed bridges were analyzed theoretically, such as its axial deformation, flexural stress, local, global and interactive buckling stability of corrugated steel webs.The universal finite element software ANSYS was used to modeling analysis the single-box multi-cell girder with corrugated steel webs.Through concentrated loading in midspan as moderate load, partial load and uniform load, simulated and analyzed the influence of beams of different box girder room number to body stress characteristics of single-box multi-cell girder with corrugated steel webs, and gived the rule of deflection and stress distribution. This paper also studies the relationship of shear lag effect and the number of box office of the single box multi-cell girder with corrugated steel webs, the relationship of requency and the numbers of cell and the relationship of relative displacements of roof and floor and horizontal clapboard under the earthquake forces. Through the study of single box, provides the basis of optimized designing single-box multi-cell grider with corrugated steel webs.
