国防教育对大学生健康人格塑造影响的研究

【摘要】 近年来,针对我国国防教育不断发展的趋势,许多高校开始对自身的国防教育进行深入探索和改革,力图建立起与之相适应的国防教育体系。但是由于诸多原因,高校国防教育改革的步伐一直滞后于国防教育的发展速度。针对这一问题,专家学者、国防教育的管理者以及一线教师纷纷基于各自的立场,采用经验总结、分析等方式深入探索、研究,得出了许多有益的见解。笔者根据教育学的基本原理和人格教育发展理论,从高校人格素质教育的视角探讨高校国防教育的发展,重点研究高校国防教育的人格塑造教育功能及塑造健康人格的举措,包括其在德育、智育、体育几个方面的发展,这是本论文研究的核心。通过对高校国防教育的健康人格塑造功能的研究,能够强化对高校国防教育重要性的认识,突出国防教育在高校教育管理中的重要地位,也使之真正成为高校教育理论的重要基础之一。同时对我们全面认识高校国防教育的意义,提高教育工作者对高校国防教育的认识,积极探索高校国防教育的内容、形式和方法也将产生重要的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, aimed at the development trend of China’s national defense education, many colleges and universities has been carrying out their own national defense education reform to establish a corresponding educational system. However, due to a number of reasons, the pace of development of the national defense education in colleges and universities has always been lagging behind the pace of our education reform. To solve this problem, experts and scholars, managers and front-line teachers have all put forward their respective study of national defense education. By making analysis and conclusions with in-depth exploration and research, they have obtained a lot of useful insights.On basis of the basic principles of education and educational theories of personality development, the author is trying to discuss the development and quality of the national defense education in colleges and universities, focusing on the educational function of personality and personality shaping health initiatives of the national defense education in colleges and universities. The core of the thesis lays on the moral, intellectual and physical aspects of students’ development in the national defense education. By studying the educational function of personality and personality shaping health initiatives of the national defense education in colleges and universities, the author means to draw more attention to the national defense education, reflect the important position in the management of the colleges and universities and make it an important basis in the theoretical system of higher education. At the same time, the thesis can help us have a full understanding of the significance of the national defense education in colleges and universities and raise our awareness of college educators of national defense.
