广汽长丰信息化规划研究

【摘要】 企业信息化的本质是通过持续有效的信息化建设过程,不断提高采购、生产、营销、研发等过程的管理效率和运营水平,不断推动技术创新和管理创新,从而增强企业核心竞争力,提升市场竞争优势,获取良好经济效益。信息化规划则是信息化建设的基本纲领和总体指引,是信息化成功实施的前提和依据,是让信息化价值创造从无序走向有序的实践依据。本文以广汽长丰信息化为研究对象,以制定广汽长丰信息化规划方案为研究目标,以信息化规划基本理论与方法为指导,以汽车行业成熟的分析模型以及行业信息化标杆为参照,从企业发展战略入手,结合企业信息化现状,重点从规划方案的需求分析、整体框架、主要内容以及实施建议等方面进行阐述,最后再对本次信息化规划方案进行总结。本文研究的信息化规划,是在对广汽长丰信息化建设充分调研的基础上得出的,可直接应用于广汽长丰信息化建设,对其他企业信息化建设也具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The nature of enterprise informatization is that, through the consecutive and efficient enterprise informatization construction, the management efficiency and operational level is steadily going up during procurement, manufacturing, marketing, research and development. Also, the technical innovation and the managerial innovation are continuously promoted, which strengthens the core capability of enterprise, and promotes market competitive advantage with better economic benefits. Informatization planning is the basic programs and overall guidelines of informatization construction, and the premise and basis of successful implementation of informatization, and the practice basis that the informatization value creation is from disorderly to orderly.In this article, the object of the study is the informatization of GAC Changfeng Motor CO.,LTD.(GACCF), and the research target is formulating informatization scheme guided by the basic theories and methods of informatization planning. Moreover, it refers to the mature analysis model and informatization benchmark in the automotive industry, starting with the enterprise development strategy, combined this enterprise status, and it mostly elaborates the demand analysis, the whole framework, the main contents and the proposal on implementation of the scheme. Finally, it summarizes this scheme.The informatization planning of this paper is based on a full investigation and study to GACCF, which can be applied directly to the informatization construction of this corporation, and have a reference value to other enterprise.更多还原
