【摘要】 知识经济时代一个重要的特点就是知识与经济全球化,和跨国公司的销售活动、生产活动一样,跨国公司的研发活动也在同步向全球拓展。跨国公司研发生产活动应在全球范围内选择最有利的地点开展,如在高技术国从事基础研究,在廉价劳动力国从事制造。跨国公司研发活动的全球拓展原本是吸收利用地域技术和成本差异,获取最大利益,但全球拓展也带来了高额的研发管理成本。如何加强研发项目管理,提高研发项目绩效,已成为当今相关理论研究领域和研发管理实践工作中的一大热点。本文通过分析爱立信的组织结构,研发流程等与研发管理相关的内容,说明一个有竞争力的科学的研发管理体系结构,在这一研发管理平台上,爱立信不仅可以建立大到移动网络核心交换平台,小到边缘应用产品的系列产品研发生产线,更可以在全球范围内从统一管理的视角,对公司运作的所有的项目进行有效的研发成本控制,确保每一产品都尽可能盈利,从而实现整个企业的良性运作。更多还原

【Abstract】 This century intelligent and economy goes globalised, Just like the sales and producing activities, research and development activities of international companies are becoming globalised as well. The international companies try to setup R&D center in high intelligent area according to the characteristic of R&D activities, and producing in low labor cost area. Such globalization trends to take fully advantage of different area according to the difference of intelligent and cost of them. But unfortunately, the cost of R&D management and operation are also goes high. How to low the cost of project management, high the outcome of R&D project is a hot researching area at present.This chapter will base on organization, R&D process and management of Ericsson company, try to explore one competitive management system, via such system, Ericsson not only could develop various model of mobile communication products, but also shift according to market easily, make sure company could make benefit from every product.更多还原
