社会网络视角下虚拟团队知识共享机制研究

【摘要】 成功的知识共享最佳实践无法能够简单清楚地表达与传递,问题的根源在于知识共享主体之间的关系建立的缺乏。从知识共享发生的过程来看的话,知识共享过程表现出群体联结的“网络性”特点;而从知识共享的产生的本质来看,表现出一种非正式“社会性”的特点。因此在考虑虚拟团队知识共享的问题时,我们必须将这两方面结合起来研究。“社会网络理论”正好给我们研究虚拟团队知识共享提供了十分有力的理论依据。为此,本文将从社会网络视角下,通过深入访谈调查来研究虚拟团队的知识共享的机制。本文采取的文献资料分析和访谈法结合的方法进行研究分析。在对现有相关研究的文献资料进行梳理和分析,并在此基础上选择有意义的切入点进行分析。选择有代表性的案例作为深入访谈的对象,进一步证明根据文献资料分析所提出的理论分析模型,并联系实际分析社会网络视角下虚拟团队的知识共享机制和影响因素。最后利用社会网络分析软件(Ucinet6)对于某跨国企业虚拟团队Y进行实证分析,进一步验证前文所提出的理论分析结论。本文主要从网络结点、网络关系、网络结构、网络环境几个维度分析社会网络对于虚拟团队知识共享机制的影响。

【Abstract】 Along with the knowledge economy time arrival, knowledge sharing plays an important role in enhancing core competition of virtual team, however it is not easy to share knowledge successfully in virtual team. The root cause of the problem is that it lacks relationship between members of virtual team.The process and essence of knowledge sharing show "network" and "social" characteristics. Based on the point, this paper introduces the social network and discusses the problem of knowledge sharing in the virtual team in a new respective in order to expand deeply its theoretical basis.This paper reviews the relevant theoretical basis, including the related concept and characteristics on virtual team, social network and knowledge sharing; secondly, the inner connection among them has been analysed and lay the foundation for the introduction of social network. The specific contents include construction of virtual team model based on social network,analysis of knowledge form the discussion onfactors of knowledge and systematically respectively from network node dimension,network structure dimension,network connection strength, network relation dimension.Finally, using the social network analysis software (Ucinet6) to one virtual team empirical analysis, further verification mentioned above the theory put forward by analyzing conclusion.
