厦门电信资源管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 中国电信行业在经过多年的发展之后,网络规模日益扩大,网络结构日益复杂,网络资源十分丰富。同时,电信行业也在近十几年里逐步从垄断走向市场,激烈的市场竞争环境对电信精确化管理水平的要求越来越高,各电信运营商相继提出了电信网络资源管理系统的建设规划。从这样的大背景出发,论文在研究电信网络具体特性的基础上,提出了一种系统建设思路,并讨论了系统实现过程中的主要问题和解决方案,该思路已经在实践中得到检验,已经成为实际工作中不可或缺的工具,在厦门电信的日常生产中发挥着重要作用。论文的主旨是对厦门的资源管理系统进行探讨与研究,通过对电信网络的研究,分析各种规范的建模思路,了解现有资源管理系统动静结合的资源数据模型的建立方法,了解其解决问题的方法。在充分了解现有资源管理系统的基础上进行二次开发,针对现有资源管理系统在EPON逻辑资源方面的不足,解决EPON逻辑资源管理及申请与开通流程的缺失问题,实现EPON逻辑资源的动态管理与自动开通。
【Abstract】 After several years’development, china telecom network scale becomes larger and larger, the network structure becomes more complicated, and the network resource is abundant. At the same time, telecom industry tends towards from monopoly to market in recent years step by step. Under the severe competition environment, the requirement to telecom accurate management becomes more and more strictly. Every telecom operator puts forward the telecom network resource management system construction program one by one.Under this background and basic on the research of specific character of telecom network, this paper puts forward a kind of system construction idea, and discusses the main problems and the solutions in the procedure of system realization. This idea has been test on the practice and become an indispensable tool in the work, and plays an important role in xiamen telecom daily work.This paper focus on researching and implementation of telecommunication net Resources management system. Based on the research of practical telecom network, various modeling methods are analyzed, and a resource data model with dynamic and static characteristics is proposed.Inadequate for the existing resources management system,Secondary development based on in full knowledge of telecommunication net resources, solve the problem that work-flow of application and opening,archive the dynamic management and automatic opening for the logical resources of EPON.
