【摘要】 目的：评价中西医结合方案治疗化疗相关性腹泻患者的临床疗效。方法：按照随机对照分组的方法,根据辨证论治的原理将符合标准的化疗相关性腹泻患者中的脾虚湿困失摄者,分为中西医治疗组和西药对照组,两组均予以内科基础治疗。其中对照组予以口服易蒙停止泻,中西医治疗组予以易蒙停加我科自拟中药组方扶正止泻汤治疗。整个疗程为7天,观察两组在治疗过程中的临床症状、体征及血常规、生化、大便常规+隐血、大便培养等实验室指标变化,通过采用spssl7.0软件进行统计学分析,观察其是否具有临床治疗意义。结果：在药物起效时间,中西医治疗组与西医对照组比较,差异无统计学意义；但中西医治疗组在改善患者的腹泻次数、肠鸣音等临床表现、减轻腹泻程度、提高患者食欲及体力等综合疗效方面方面较西医对照组具有优势。结论：中西医结合方案治疗大肠癌化疗相关性腹泻具有较好的临床效果。更多还原
