封闭式电气设备在线测温技术研究

【摘要】 随着社会的发展,用户对供电可靠性要求不断提高,电气设备正常负荷的快速增加,甚至超过了规划的预测,部分电气设备出现了长时间重负荷或超负荷运行,以及负荷的突然变化等都导致设备接触部位发生过热异常故障。由于变电站的建设场地限制及建设成本的控制,电力建设典型化设计的推广,变电站电气设备的结构日益紧凑化,新型全封闭式电气设备的不断推广使用,使得全封闭式开关柜内设备的目测日益困难,设备内部的发热情况监测问题日益突出。鉴于此,本文重点围绕封闭式电气设备常见发热点,以及全封闭电气设备的结构特点,对在线测温技术开展研究。基于在线直接接触式温度传感器进行温度测量,并采取了合理的安装方式,确保了采集点温度采集的准确性,利用无线传输方式,解决了最新出现的光纤传输在线测温无法克服的高压外引导致系统整体绝缘受影响的最大困难,并利用远红外测温对温度的处理方式进行了数据的分析处理,并以较方便的界面,及时提示监控人员进行关注或上报处理。为使本方案更切合实际,本方案在设计过程中,针对样机试验中遇到的问题进行了具体的设计修订,把温度采集前端的供电方式改成了电流感应供电,解决了电池更换需要停电的问题,增设接收装置的天线提高了信号传输稳定性,使数据传输丢包情况大为改善,引入同比、温度差分析等后台数据分析办法,使得温度报警在满足情况下报警,减少了误报或定性不准确的情况,提高了系统的实用性。对比了以往各类测温技术方案的优缺点,针对以往测温方案中需要解决的问题进行逐一设计,提出接触式在线检测、无线传输的测温方案,并对该方案设计进行了样机试验,通过试验,并利用和红外测温的温度趋势进行分析,再次论证了本方案的可行性。
【Abstract】 Along with the development of the society, the requirements of powersupply reliability are continuously improved. The normal load of electrical equipment is rapidly increased, even beyond the planning prediction, which results in the part of electrical equipment operating in longtime heavy-load or even overload. And the sudden changes of the load leads to fault such as the contacted position of equipment occurs over-heat. Because of the limitation of the construction site and cost, the popularization of the tyfication design of the electric power construction, the increasing compact of the electrical equipment structure and the spreading use of the newly enclosed electrical equipment, the visual measurement of the enclosed electrical equipment is increasingly difficulty. Therefore, this thesis emphasized on the study of the on-line thermomety which based on the analysis on the and common hot-point and structrual characteristics of the enlosed electrical equipment.Based on the on-line direct-contact temperature sensor, thermometric measurement is made and resonable installation is adopted to ensure the of temperature of acquisition. In addition, wireless transmission is used to solve the most difficulty which is unable to overcome the system insulation which is caused by high voltage introduce from outside in the latest emergent on-line thermometry fiber transmission. Based on the treatment method used by far infrared temperature measurement, data procession is also made to timely indicate the monitoring staff to attention or report to the leadship. Therefore, to suit practical, this paper also concrete designed the problems encountring in this prototype. We make the power supply method of the preceding temperature collector to be current induction, which solved the problem of outage when battery replacement. Antenna of receiving device is added to improve the stablity of signal transmission. We introduced the background data analysis such as similitude and temperature difference to make the temperature alarm act when meeting the condition, which reducing the false alarm or inaccurate qualitative, so improve the system practicality.Comparaed with the advantages and disadvantages of kinds of the previous thermomety, this article proposed the scheme of online examing and wireless transmission against the deficiencies in previous temperature measurement. The prototype was successfully developed based on this design scheme. By experiment, analysis was made using temperature trend of the Infrared technique The results show that feasibility was demonstrated in this prototype.
