【摘要】 全球经济失衡已成为目前世界经济发展中最显著的现象之一。本文分别从宏观层面因素和微观内部因素的角度对全球经济的失衡进行了分析,并认为全球供求结构不合理是全球经济失衡的主要表现,而主要经济体的内部失衡也是全球经济失衡的重要组成部分；其次对全球经济失衡的可持续性进行分析；再次探讨调整全球经济失衡可能的办法,并分析了这些调整将对中国经济产生何种影响；本文最后结合我国改革开放以来经济发展过程中出现的问题,进一步提出了我国应对全球经济失衡的办法,中国应该把转变经济增长方式放在首位,同时调整出口产品结构,改变以劳动密集型产品为主的加工贸易,在保持人民币与美元汇率的相对稳定同时,最终使经济达到内部和外部的均衡。更多还原

【Abstract】 The global economic imbalance has become one of the most remarkable phenomenon in the current world. This paper analyzed the global economic imbalance from the macro factors and micro internal factors, and we can sure that the global supply and demand unreasonable structure is the main performance of the global economic imbalances, and major economies’internal imbalance is also an important part of the global economic imbalances. Secondly, we analyzed the sustainability of the global economic imbalances. Then, we explore the measures that can adjust the global economic imbalances and analyzed how these adjustments will affect China’s economy. At last, we put forward the way of coping with the global economic imbalances on the base of problems that appeared in the process of the reform and opening in China. Our country should put changing economic growth mode in the first place, meanwhile, adjust export products structure, alter the labor-intensive products in the processing trade, while maintaining relatively stable exchange rate between the RMB and U.S. dollar at the same time, and ultimately make economy get to the internal and external equilibrium.更多还原
