家具用新型竹木碎料/纤维复合板的研究

【摘要】 人造板工业是一种资源依赖型产业,随着我国人造板工业的迅猛发展及可供利用森林资源的日益减少,如何实现资源节约型发展人造板成为我国人造板工业领域所面临的重大问题之一。我国在资源节约代用等方面做了大量的工作,如竹木复合、资源加工剩余物综合利用等等,出现了许多新型的人造板产品,在一定程度上缓解了资源短缺的问题及改善了人造板的产品结构。但也存在一些弊端,其一是对原材料利用率低及加工能耗高;其二是在提高原材料利用率的同时,产品物理力学性能却较低,因而限制了其应用范围。本研究从人造板用原材料(竹材、木材加工剩余物)加工及其组合方式人手,将竹材加工剩余物加工成一定规格形状的竹碎料,与木纤维均匀混合,以复合材料设计理论为依据进行组坯,热压成一种新型的高性能的资源节约型的竹/木碎料纤维复合人造板。通过对一些竹材的加工剩余物进行破碎和筛分处理,并使之与木纤维按一定比例进行复合,进行优化试验得出了最佳生产工艺。在前期实验的基础上,通过一定的热压工艺对竹木复合板进行了热压的优化实验,并且得出了最佳的热压生产工艺。对加工好的成品进行三聚氰胺浸渍纸和薄木贴面处理,并对该产品进行了经济效益分析。经物理力学性能检测、资源利用估算等分析,结果表明:(1)竹木复合板的各方面物理力学性能已达到或超过了国家对装饰用材的相关技术指标;按GB/T17657—1999标准检测,该产品静曲强度达到3-2.5 MPa,弹性模量达到3041MPa,2h吸水厚度膨胀率为1.7%,内结合强度高达1.45 MPa。(2)成本及经济效益分析表明,该产品的研究与开发具有很大的经济、社会及生态效益,前景非常广阔。

【Abstract】 Wood-based panels industry is a estate which depends mostly on the resources.With the rapid development of wood-based panels in our country and reduction of forestry resources which could be utilized, therefore, how to develop the wood-based panels with saving resources become the vital important problems which our wood-based panels will be up against. A great amount of researches have been done on the saving resources and substitution and so on, such as bamboo and wood composite, the utilizations of resource processing remainders and so on, and many new wood-based panels products have been worked out, which allayed problems that resource which are hard up and improved the structures of wood-based panels.However, there are also some disadvantages, such as low utilization of raw materials and high processing energy, in addition, if the utilization of raw materials is improved, at the same time, the mechanics intensities of products were relatively decreased, which limited the applying ranges of them.My research is based on the research of raw materials (the useless bamboo and wood) and its’ processing and compositing modes.Cut the useless bamboo into little particles, constitute a composite mat having reasonable structure with wood-fiber, and it is resembled, hot-pressing through the workable design theory of composite materials, and a new bamboo and wood composite plywood is made.In this article, Cut the useless bamboo into little particles, constitute a composite mat having reasonable structure with wood-fiber, then is hot pressed to composite board. At last we have got the best processing.Base on the first experiment, coMPared with the hot-pressing, we got the best hot-pressing processing.Through checking mechanics intensities and estimating the resource utilization, the results are showed in the follows:(1) it’s mechanics intensities achieved or surpassed the national norms for construction template; (2) Experiment results show MOR and MOE of the board reach 32.5 MPa and 3041 MPa, and the 2hTS is 1.7%.The IB is high to 1.45 MPa.So, the board is a kind of new and good-performance Bamboo/wood Composite Board.(3) The assay on costs and benefits showed that the research and development for this product will be meeting with great economical benefits, society benefits and ecological benefits, and have wide applying foreground.
