【摘要】 自高等教育领域演变发展成人类之所需的研究生教育以来,研究生学术管理就被赋予学术与历史的使命,它势必随着研究生教育事业的发展而不断具有新的特性。高校研究生学术管理不仅将面临着一群为人类社会的进步和发展带来时代生机的现代人才,还应该秉持大无畏的精神走出世俗和功利的诱惑,发挥着特有的学术价值和社会价值。与此同时,高校研究生学术管理的质量决定一所高校研究生的综合质量,它也是衡量各高校研究生教育管理水平的一项综合指标。高校研究生学术管理实质是一项复杂的系统工程,它必须遵循高校管理的一般规律,在研究生教育创新工程的变革中,尽可能地突破多层次、多方面的瓶颈痼疾,推动研究生学术管理发展,从而确立它在高校研究生教育改革与发展中的地位和作用。当前,我国高等研究生学术管理取得了一些成效,但也存在许多的不足。本课题首先从高校研究生学术的概念、内涵及相关理论基础、原则着手；其次以F高校研究生学术管理为研究对象进行实地调查分析；再者分别从意识观念、外部环境、高校内部局限与研究生自身局限等四个主要因素,来探讨制约与影响高校研究生学术管理存在的问题和瓶颈；最后从价值理念、管理制度与管理组织等三个方面论述推进高校研究生学术管理发展的途径,试图为高校研究生学术管理提供较价值参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Post-graduate academic management was given the academic and historical mission since higher education area evolved into Post-graduate education which is required by human.It must be of new natures continuously with the development of Post-graduate education cause. Post-graduate academic management in university will not only face a group of modern talents who brought era vitality for human society’s progress and development but also uphold dauntless spirit to move away from temptations of secular and utilitarian,playing unique academic value and social value. meanwhile, the quality of Post-graduate academic management in university decides the comprehensive quality of Post-graduate in university. It is also a comprehensive index to measure the level of the management of graduate student education.Post-graduate academic management in university is in essence a complicated system. It must follow the general rules of university management. During the reform of innovative projects in Post-graduate education, it breakthroughs multi-level many-sided bottlenecks and chronic illness as much as possible, then promotes post-graduate academic management development to establish its position and role in Post-graduate education’s reform and development. At present, the higher academic management graduate has got some success, but there are many deficiencies. The subject first starts with the concept, content and related theory, principles of post-graduate academic in university; Second conduct field investigation and analysis on the basis of Postgraduate academic management in F university; third, inquire into the existing problems and bottleneck that restrict and infect Post-graduate academic management in university separately from four primary factors,they are the consciousness,external environment, university internal limitations and Post-graduate’s self-limitations; Finally expound the ways promoting the development of Post-graduate academic management in university from values, management systems and management organizations in an attempt to provide valuable reference for Post-graduate academic management in university.更多还原
