【摘要】 以山东省网球界的有关专家、管理人员、运动员、教练员和相关人员等为研究对象。采用文献法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、实地调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对山东省竞技网球运动的现状、制约因素和发展对策展开研究。根据竞技体育发展支撑体系的理论,联系到山东省竞技网球的实际,对山东省竞技网球的基本状况(教练员、运动员、成绩)、训练现状、经济现状、管理现状、教育现状、科技现状、社会环境现状等方面做了系统的分析。得出影响山东省竞技网球发展的主要制约因素为缺乏高水平教练员、经费不足、管理不到位、后备力量匮乏。提出促进山东省竞技网球发展应采取措施：适应市场经济体系,拓宽经费来源渠道,引进高水平的教练员,加强教练员队伍建设,引进高水平运动员,协调好运动员训练与学习的关系,深化当前管理体制改革,加强训练的科学性,规范省内比赛,大力普及网球运动的社会化。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis took athletic tennis experts, managers,athletes and coaches of Shandong Province as objects studied.In methods of investigation, literature study, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics, this thesis made a systematic study on current situation,restrict element and Promoted countermeasures of the athletic tennis team of Shandong Province. According to the theory of sports development support system, linked to the actual competitive tennis of Shandong Province, the author do a systematic analysis including basic conditions (coaches, athletes, results), training status, economic status, management status, education status, status of science and technology, social state of the environment. The author come to the main influence the development of Shandong Province:lacking of high level coaches, lacking of funds, poor management,insufficiency of the reserving force.This thesis also gives some suggestions on how to promote the level of the competitive tennis of Shandong province:to adapt to the market economy, to broaden the funding sources, to introduce the high-level coaches, to introduce high-level athletes, and to coordinate the relationship between athletes training and learning, to deepen the current management system, to strengthen the training of scientific, to regulate the province competition, to popularize the sport socialization.更多还原
