河口大桥的技术状态评估与加固技术研究

【摘要】 河口大桥为孝感市城区内原316国道上跨越环水河的一座大桥,建于60年代。当时因为简支T梁结构简单、安装方便的特点,在我国交通建设中被普遍采用,河口大桥就是其中一例。但是随着交通的不断发展,在后来的运营过程中也发现简支T梁桥存在的一些缺陷。由于翼缘板的高度远小于T梁的高度,也没有足够的横向联系,翼板联结处容易损坏。横隔板的数量往往设置不够,导致上部结构的横向刚度不够,纵向裂缝较多,形成单梁受力。同时由于原设计标准低,不能满足不断发展的交通量,再加上养护不够及时,桥梁在常年的车轮碾压和风雨侵蚀下,产生了混凝土碳化、破损,钢筋外露、锈蚀,部分构件变形较大,严重的影响了桥梁的安全运营。本文的主要工作是对河口大桥的技术状态评估及加固方法作研究,具体内容如下:(1)通过查阅国内外的相关资料,介绍桥梁技术状态评估和加固方法的国内外现状。(2)采用公路养护规范评估、综合评估理论、模糊综合评判法对河口大桥的技术状态评估,该桥评定等级为四类,不同方法得分结果均在60分左右,说明了河口大桥的病害状况严重,建议及时的维修和加固。(3)分析河口大桥病害的产生原因,其中重点研究了横隔梁病害对T梁横向刚度的影响,发现横隔梁是桥面生成纵向裂缝的主要原因,是提高桥面整体横向刚度的关键。(4)介绍了几种常用的加固方法,提出横隔板加固法和桥面铺装加固法(叠合梁加固)两种加固方案,研究了两种方案提高T梁横向刚度的原理,证明两种方案的可行性,最后根据模拟河口大桥的受力情况,通过主梁应力和挠度数值的比较,比选出桥面铺装加固法。(5)研究桥面铺装层的设计与受力,研究了铺装效应提出了“植筋”的加固铺装层;通过分别考虑铺装层叠合效应和不考虑铺装层两种情况对荷载横向分布系数和主梁主截面整体刚度进行计算,进一步证明了桥面铺装加固对提高T梁横向刚度有理想的效果。(6)最后针对河口大桥的所有病害提出了处置方案,提高了桥梁的整体加固效果。

【Abstract】 The Hekou bridge is urban river bridge within XiaoGan city on the highway across the water 316, built in the 1960s, when the simple structure, convenient installation, traffic construction in our country were widely adopted. This river bridge is one example. But with the continuous development of transportation, in the operation process later simply-supported beam T some defects were found. Due to the high flange plate is far less than that of T beam height, also did not have enough lateral ties, wing coupling place easily damaged. The number of diaphragm is not enough to set the transverse stiffness of the upper structure, longitudinal cracks formation, single beam was under stress.At the same time as the original design standards cannot satisfy the continuous development of traffic, curing not handled in time, in the wheel crushes perennial bridge, and the rain has damaged reinforced concrete carbonation, leakage, corrosion, component and deformation is a serious effect, safe operation of the bridge.The main work of this paper is the research on river bridge reinforcement method and technical assessment, the concrete content as follows:(1)Introduce the related information bridge reinforcement method and technology condition assessment of the situation at home and abroad.(2) Use highway maintenance comprehensive evaluation standard assessment, the theory, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the technique state river bridge, the evaluation of bridge four levels, different methods in 60 points scored results, illustrates the estuary in serious condition, the bridge maintenance and reinforcement to timely.(3) To analyze the reasons why river bridge, which focuses on the beam of T every beam diseases, the influence of the transverse stiffness of the beam bridge is found between the main reasons generating longitudinal cracks, is to improve the overall bridge the transverse stiffness of the key.(4) Introduce several common reinforcement method, puts forward the horizontal clapboard reinforcement method and surfacing consolidation method (composite beams reinforced) two reinforcing scheme, two solutions to improve the principle of the transverse stiffness T beam, and prove the feasibility of the two schemes, according to the actual simulated river bridge girder, through the comparison of the deflection and stress value, strengthening law surfacing elected.(5) Study on bridge deck pavement design and stress, put forward "effect of planting-bar" strengthening surfacing. By considering surface effect and without considering surface effect two cases of load transverse distribution coefficient and the stiffness of the girder is calculated, and the whole section further proved to improve T beam’s reinforcement is the ideal effect of the transverse stiffness.(6) Put forward all the disposal scheme of the disease of the Hekou bridge, improve the overall bridge reinforcement effect.
