社会主义市场经济条件下兵团精神研究

【摘要】 兵团精神是兵团人在半个多世纪屯垦戍边实践中创造的最重要的精神成果。它是兵团人世界观、人生观、价值观和道德情操的集中体现,是兵团文化的核心,对于兵团屯垦戍边事业的建设和发展具有重要的推动作用。但随着兵团市场经济改革的实施和屯垦戍边实践的改变,兵团精神内涵产生了新的丰富,未来发展拥有了新的方向。为更好的把握兵团精神的发展趋势,掌握兵团精神发展规律,促进兵团精神时代价值的展现,本文从兵团精神的内涵出发,全面分析了兵团市场经济改革实践对兵团精神发展的影响,进而提出了在市场经济改革深化阶段继承和弘扬兵团精神的对策与建议。全文主要分为三大部分。第一部分为兵团精神的概述。这一部分从兵团实践逐步凝聚兵团精神的历史过程出发,在兵团实践的层面上对兵团精神进行了界定,进而分析了兵团精神的主要特征,为全面解读兵团精神的主要内涵奠定了一个坚实的基础。第二部分为兵团市场经济改革与兵团精神的发展。这一部分从兵团市场经济改革的过程出发,全面探讨了兵团市场经济改革所带来的兵团社会、文化以及兵团人思想观念的变化,进而全面归纳了兵团市场经济改革对兵团精神发展产生的重要影响。第三部分为社会主义市场经济条件下继承和弘扬兵团精神的对策。这一部分从“巩固兵团精神的理论根基”、“加强兵团精神的教育引导”、“营造兵团精神的舆论氛围”、“推动兵团精神的群众实践”四个维度出发,从理论建设和实践推进两个角度探讨新时期继承和弘扬兵团精神的对策。
【Abstract】 Corps spirit is the most important achievements of opening up wasteland and guarding frontier in over half a century. Corps spirit, the Corps core culture, is the concentrated expression of corps people’s world, life, values and moral sentiments. It plays an important role in promoting the construction and development of opening up wasteland and guarding frontier. But with the time changes and challenges of opening up wasteland and guarding frontier, the spiritual content created new wealth, the future has a new direction. To better grasp its trend of develop, the law of development, and promote the demonstration of its times value. This article start from the Corps spirit connotation, comprehensive analyze the impact of Corps market economic reform on the development of Corps spirit, which in turn raised countermeasures and suggestions in inheriting and carrying forward the Corps spirit in the economic deepen reform period.This article consists of three parts.The first part is an overview of the Corps spirit. This part starts from the history of the Corps practice how developed to the Corps spirit, defines the Corps spirit in the corps practice level, then analyzes the main features of the corps spirit, which establishes a solid foundation for the comprehensive interpretation of the Corps spirit’s main content.The second part is the Corps market economic reform and the Corps spirit. This part start from the process of the Corps market economic reform, comprehensive analyze the changes of social, cultural and ideological concept that brought about by the Corps market economy reform, and then summed up the important impact of Corps market economy reform on Corps spirit development.The third part is countermeasures of how to inherit and carry forward the corps spirit in socialist market economy condition. This part analyze "Consolidating the Corps spirit theoretical foundation", "Strengthen the education guidance of the Corps spirit", "Create atmosphere of public opinion to a corps spirit", "Promote the people practice of the Corps spirit", Then raise measures of how to inherit and carry forward the Corps spirit from two angles:theory construction and practice advance.
