复杂地质条件下综合管沟结构补强与渗漏治理的研究

【摘要】 综合管沟是指收容了两种以上的管道或管线的系统,作为一种集约化、可持续性的管线敷设方式,它能有效地解决传统直埋式市政管线在改造更新过程中所引起的交通阻塞和环境污染等问题。综合管沟是现代化城市基础设施科学管理和规划的标志,虽然在发达国家已较为普及,但是我国由于受到建设资金、施工技术等影响,兴建较晚。近年来,随着我国社会经济的快速发展,城市建设中的综合管沟项目日益增多,新建综合管沟的渗漏水等工程病害问题逐渐引起普遍重视。首先,本文论述了综合管沟在管线敷设方式上优越性,并对综合管沟施工方法的演变、内部管线设置等进行归纳总结,分析了我国在综合管沟建设过程中所遇到的问题。其次,结合烟台市长江路延伸路段综合管沟的治理工程,分析现场土层分布情况及其复杂地质构造关系,并采用现场取样、室内试验的方法,分析加固区间综合管沟主要土体的力学性质。再次,归纳综合管沟的主要病害,并研究分析其成因及相应的处理措施。着重介绍水对综合管沟的有害作用、综合管沟抗浮问题、综合管沟混凝土裂缝的成因等内容。然后结合烟台市长江路延伸路段综合管沟的治理工程,具体介绍了其病害的治理措施。其中,重点研究了注浆法对综合管沟外围土体抗渗加固的应用,并分析比较了注浆前后主要土体力学性质的差异。最后,该综合管沟局部底板进行了整体加固,但第一次加固的效果并不理想,为了实现堵漏目的,需要再次进行加固处理,本人运用有限元程序ANSYS进行数值模拟分析,以验证第二次加固方案的可行性。
【Abstract】 The utility tunnel is popularly regarded as an intensive and sustainable way of pipeline laying, containing two or more of the pipe or pipeline system. Owning to many virtues, such as effectively avoiding traffic congestion and lowing environmental pollution caused by the traditional style of municipal pipeline laying. The utility tunnel is generally considered as the symbol of urban modernization and popular in the developed countries. Due to construction funds and construction technology, it is accepted in recent years in China. As the economy rapidly development, the utility tunnel project is gradually increasing in China, and the engineering disease such as water leakage has been paid much attention in recent years.Firstly, the advantages of utility tunnel are elaborated, and structural parameters and construction method of utility tunnel are epitomized at home and abroad,and the problems encountered in the construction process of utility tunnel are analyzed in China.Secondly, based on the reinforcement project of treatment to the utility tunnel of Changjiang Road in Yantai, the distribution of soil and the complicated geological structure are analyzed, and the main mechanical properties of soil in the reinforcement area are tested and analyzed by the ways of field sampling and chamber experiment.Thirdly, the major engineering diseases of utility tunnel are summarized, and the corresponding measures are proposed after analysis. With emphasis on the harmful effect of water, the anti-floating problem and the causes of concrete cracks for utility tunnel, etc., based on practical engineering, some concrete measures to the treatment of engineering disease are put forward, especially the research on the application of reinforced soil permeability by grouting, analyzing the difference of physical properties of soil before and after grouting.Lastly, some bottom slab of the utility tunnel was reinforced, but the effect of the first reinforcement is not ideal. In order to achieve the purpose of reinforcement, using ansys infinite element analysis software, the numerical simulation analysis is applied to validate the feasibility of the second reinforcement.
