论科技进步之价值合理性

【摘要】 科技进步对于人类文明的价值已有许多专家进行过论述。价值关系是客体对主体需要的满足。对客体属性的揭示和对主体需要的把握都需要科学技术的介入和参与。只有如实、正确地反映了主体需要和客体属性的价值观才对人生具有积极的意义,而这正是科学的功能。人有理性和非理性,人借助科学理性认识理性和非理性的地位和作用,尝试实现理性和非理性的融合。人需要不断完善自己,但完善自身的标准、尺度和准绳还有赖于科学加以确定和规范。人需要认识世界和改造世界,科技为这种认识和改造提供方法和手段。科学真理为人认识自己在世界的真实位置并冷静地面对现实提供了根据,科技对世界图景的描画,为人类展现了一个客观的、发展的、和谐的、联系的、统一的世界,有助于人类实现真正科技与人文并重、当代与后代资源共享的可持续发展的理性社会。发展科学技术的价值在于真善美的和谐统一,追求人类社会发展的自由和完善是科学技术的终极目标。科技进步体现了工具理性与价值理性的一致性。现当代科学技术为社会创造的巨大财富,不仅让人类美好的生存理想变成惬意的生活现实,而且也同步实现着人类的精神期待,在物质文明中体现人类生命的价值,在科技福祉中提高人文追求的品位和境界,并或隐或显地改变着人类的思维方式、发展及智能结构。回顾科技发展的历史,我们可以看到这样一个基本事实：科技的兴衰是人类文明的晴雨表,人类文明的发展是与科技的进步基本一致的。科技进步到什么程度,人类文明就发展到什么程度。科技是人类自身、社会完善的最根本的表征,“是人类文化最高最独特的成就”。“在我们的现实世界中,再没有第二种力量可以与科学思想的力量相匹敌。它被看成是我们全部人类活动的顶点和极致,被看成是人类历史的最重要篇章和人的最重要主题。”一切价值观都要在科学的法庭上经受审判,都需要在科学面前为自己的生存辩护。中国特色社会主义道路上科学和技术推动生产力的发展和促进社会和谐,体现和符合价值合理性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The advance in technology had many experts regarding the human culture value to carry on the elaboration.The value relations are the object satisfying which needs to the main body.Which needs to the main body all needs the science and technology to the object attribute revelation and the assurance the involvement and the participation.Only then had reflected truthfully, correctly the main body needs only then to have the positive significance with the object attribute values to the life, but this is precisely the scientific functio’n.The human rationality and the non-rationality, the human with the aid of the scientific rational knowledge rationality and the non-rational status and the function, the attempt realizes the rationality and the non-rational fusion.The human needs to consummate unceasingly oneself, but consummates own standard, the criterion and the criterion also depends on in the science determines and the standard.The human needs to know the world and the transformation world, the science and technology provides the method and the method for this kind of understanding and the transformation.The scientific truth manner knew oneself and has calmly provided the basis in the world real position facing the reality, the science and technology to world prospect drawing, has unfolded one objectively for the humanity, the development, harmonious, the relation, the unification world, is helpful realizes the true science and technology and the humanities in the humanity pays equal attention to, contemporary and the descendant resources sharing sustainable development rational society.Develops the science and technology value to lie in true, the good and the beautiful the harmonious unification, pursues the human society development the freedom and the consummation is the science and technology ultimate objective.The advance in technology has manifested the tool rationality and the value rational uniformity.Now a generation of science and technology the great wealth which creates for the society, not only lets the human happy survival turn the satisfied life reality ideally, moreover also the synchronization realizes humanity’s spirit to anticipate, manifests the human life in the material civilization the value, enhances the humanities pursue in the technical blessing the personal status and the boundary, and either hidden or reveals is changing humanity’s thinking mode, the development and the intelligent structure.The review science and technology development history, we may look at this kind of basic facts:Prosperity and decline the technical are the human culture barometer, the human culture development are with the technical progress basic consistent.The advance in technology to any degree, the human culture develops any degree.The science and technology is the most basic attribute which the humanity own, the society consummates, "is the human culture is highest the most unique achievement"."In ours real world, does not have the second strength to be possible again to be a worthy opponent with the scientific thought strength.It is regarded as is the apex and the acme which our complete humanity moves, is regarded as is the human history most important chapter and human’s most important subject."
