基于LXI的高速数据采集仪控制器的设计与实现

【摘要】 科学技术的发展离不开测试手段的变革。自动测试系统ATS(Automatic Test System)不仅应用在航空航天等国防科技领域,而且广泛渗透到工业生产、民用测试等领域。LXI规范的提出,给构建自动测试系统带来了巨大的优势。本课题来源于基于LXI高速数据采集仪的项目,文中首先介绍了仪器总线的发展和LXI标准,然后整体分析了数据采集仪的整体设计方案,针对LXI系统控制器的硬件设计给出了详细的方案,同时实现了Vxworks开发环境的搭建,完成了设计要求。本论文主要包括以下几个方面:1.高速数据采集仪的整体设计方案。针对设计要求,在整体上分析了数据采集仪的整体设计架构,并详细分析了LXI系统控制器的设计方案,并针对重要器件进行了选型工作。2. LXI系统控制器的硬件设计实现。针对LXI系统控制器的实现方案,详细介绍了电源部分、PROM、FLASH、DDR SDRAM的电路设计。本章重点讨论了系统控制器关键部分—千兆网络的设计,分析了OSI网络体系结构和设计方案,并根据PHY芯片的选型详细介绍了具体电路的设计。3. FPGA关键软件的设计。详细分析了高速自定义接口的设计方案,并结合自身数据采集板的要求,利用Create or Import Peripheral工具一步步实现接口的各项时序功能。同时在EDK中设计实现了整个系统控制器的整个架构,并配置整个FPGA上电正常工作。4.信号完整性的问题。分析了影响信号完整的因素,并针对各种因素提出了抗干扰措施。5. LXI系统控制器的调试与验证。首先介绍了硬件PCB板的调试过程,然后介绍了Vxworks操作系统整个调试开发环境的搭建工作。
【Abstract】 Science and technology can hardly develop without the changes of test means. ATS (Automatic Test System) is not only used in the field of aerospace and other defense technology, it also extensively penetrates into industrial production, consumer testing and other fields. The propose of LXI standard brings an enormous advantage to automatic test system .The topic comes from a project based on LXI high-speed data acquisition instrument. The paper first introduces the development of field bus instruments and LXI standards, then analysed the overall data collection instruments design. According to the overall design of LXI system controller hardware, this paper gives a detailed scheme, realizes the development environment of Vxworks, and completes the design requirements. The paper mainly includes the following aspects:The overall design scheme of High-speed data acquisition instrument. According to the design requirements, the paper analyses the integral design of the data acquisition instrument structure, detailsthe design of LXI system controller, and selects the important devices.We completed the design and implementation of LXI system controller hardware. The power supply, PROM, FLASH, DDR SDRAM circuit design of LXI system controller for the implementation scheme is introduced in detail,. This chapter discusses key parts - Gigabit network design, analysis of the OSI network architecture and design, and detailed information on specific circuit based on the selection of PHY chip .The critical software design of FPGA. The paper detailed the high-speed custom interface design, combined data acquisition boards with their own requirements, and used the Create or Import Peripheral tool to achieve the timing function step by step. At the same time we achieved the entire structure of the entire system controller, and configured the FPGA power-on work. Signal integrity issues. This paper analyses the factors affecting the signal integrity and proposes anti-interference measures for various factors.LXI system controller debug and verification. Firstly the paper introduces the PCB hardware debugging process, then introduces Vxworks operating system’s construction of the development environment.
