【摘要】 云南民族文化是中华文化宝库中的一个重要部分,对民族文化的挖掘、继承和创新形成了当今设计潮流。整合利用设计资源,才能使民族民间文化符号与现代设计理论及方法之间搭起桥梁。将传统元素融入现代文化产品中,使设计人才在资源丰富的民族文化大省迅速成长,才能从根本上壮大民族文化产业的本土设计力量,真正实现民族文化的传承与保护,真正实现民族文化的繁荣和发展。本文的研究目标是：在开发利用并整合传统文化资源的基础之上,应用现代先进制造技术理论及方法进行不同民族文化背景和民俗符号资源的文化产品系列开发；在保护和传承云南少数民族文化基础上,对其文化符号表现形式和内在寓意进行收集、整理、归纳并赋予新的设计元素内涵；为民族产品实现创新设计奠定基础,探索民族文化产品的产业化道路,最终实现提升我省本土民族文化产品自主设计创新能力和生产途径的目的。本文在深入研究传统文化资源基础上,把快速原型技术及三维建模方式,运用于彩雕黑陶产品的研发中,进行了造型设计及三维建模研究,制作出快速成型样模和样件。主要完成的内容有：彩雕黑陶的造型设计研究。彩雕黑陶的三维建模研究。彩雕黑陶的自由曲面造型方法及造型软件二次开发探讨。彩雕黑陶的快速成型样件制作研究。彩雕黑陶系列产品的生产及其加工模式研究。首先,运用快速原型技术从民族文化产品本身的特点出发,探索符号与形体的结合特点及生成规则,解决产品从“无形”的概念形式到“有形”的产品形式问题；用优势设计理念从文化内涵及社会价值的两个方面出发,把民族文化艺术产品放在特定的社会环境中,解决民族文化艺术产品无法实现产业化的技术路径问题。其次,通过三维实体造型方法到自由曲面造型方法的逐步递进,将设计师的创意通过概念设计,在正确选用适宜三维软件的基础上,通过三维建模方式和非规则曲面建模方式建立彩雕黑陶产品的三维模型。再次,在三维建模基础上,将LOM法快速原型技术在彩雕黑陶产品上进行了初步研究应用,完成快速成型件。对LOM法快速原型工艺方法进行了初步探讨,通过产品设计应用实例分析其实际操作过程和具体措施。设计一系列实用产品,从先进制造技术角度探讨民族文化产品的工业化趋势。本课题研究意义在于将快速原型技术运用于彩雕黑陶系列产品开发研究,通过三维建模及快速成型样件的制作探讨民族文化产品的工业化发展思路,真正实现古老民族文化的保护和传承,并在新时代有所发扬光大。初步探索一条通过现代设计思想和先进制造技术结合,并生产民族文化产品样件的道路,为民族文化产品的产业化奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yunnan ethnic culture is an important part of Chinese culture treasures. The mining, inheritance innovation and development of national culture formed a social trend, which is also a responsibility for us. With the "dominant design" concept from the two sides of cultural content and social values, put the national culture and art products in a particular social environment to solve the problem of national culture products can not be resolved to industrialization.Using the basic method of three-dimensional solid modeling from a based on simple configuration, from simple geometry, complex geometry to arbitrary surface deep in gradually. Through the conceptual design on the basis of chosing three-dimensional software correctly, convert three-dimensional digital model into a three-dimensional solid model based on the three-dimensional modeling preliminary study is carried for application of rapid prototyping with LOM method, the introduction of technology means,technical analysis, real operation and and other aspects combined with color carved black pottery products, study the industrialization trend of national cultural products from advanced manufacturing technology initially. Through the design and application analysis to products, design a series of useful products, further verify the correctness of our national cultural products industrial route.Significance of this research project lies on applying rapid prototyping technology into research and development of colorful carved black pottery products and thus explore the industrial evelopment ideas of culture product.
