【摘要】 供应链风险影响和破坏供应链稳定运行,从而无法达到供应链管理的预期目标,造成供应链效率下降、成本增加。对供应链风险进行有效的管理与控制能够使供应链更加富有弹性,从而对各类风险具有更强的抵抗力,使供应链能够避免或者减少由于风险带来的损失。医药行业具有高投入、高产出、高风险、高技术密集性的特点,是发展最快、竞争最激烈的行业之一。湖北作为“中部崛起”战略的重要省份,在医药行业其有一定的优势。然而医药供应链具有参与主体多、分布在不同地域并存在多环节的特征,使医药供应链容易受到来自外部环境和内部实体不利因素的影响,形成供应链风险。加强对医药供应链风险的管理不仅对企业,对整个医药行业也都是至关重要的。本文先就湖北省医药产业供应链的现状、存在的问题进行了论述,接着分析医药供应链风险因素及其来源,进行风险评价,最后提出相应的医药供应链风险管理实施的措施和手段,尽可能消除风险造成的影响,恢复供应链的正常状态,实现预定目标。并以此制定正确的竞争与合作战略,从而对整个医药供应链风险进行有效控制,从而提高湖北省医药产业供应链的风险管理能力,提升医药行业的竞争力,进而推动全省经济的发展。更多还原
