【摘要】 多年来,宁波市通过“以港兴市,以市促港”战略的实施,宁波海港物流在优越的自然条件和强大的经济支撑下,吞吐量已位列世界海港第8位,成为一个繁荣的海滨城市。但是,伴随着海港物流的快速发展,宁波空港物流的发展却相对滞后,虽然近几年来宁波空港也经历了一段快速发展时期,其货运量排在长三角的第五名、浙江省的第二名。但受到航线、土地、环境等因素制约,空港物流发展滞后,空港物流规模不大,对宁波城市、产业的综合带动效应没有得到充分发挥,成为了制约宁波经济发展的一个“短板”。为此宁波市政府近期采取了一系列举措,加快机场发展,大力扶持航空产业,力求改变“大海港、小空港”的格局。经过金融危机的洗礼,又将要面对宁波市政府大力发展空港物流的大好时机,宁波空港物流园区需要进行专门的发展策略研究,明确未来发展方向,确定企业发展目标和行动规划。本文首先从空港物流园区的理论研究入手,通过深入简出的方式对空港物流园区的理论、功能、发展历程以及基本的规划原则进行了介绍。其次对国内外航空物流发展的现状及趋势进行了分析,同时对宁波空港物流园区的发展现状进行分析,并对未来的航空物流发展量进行了科学的预测。接下来运用SWOT分析方法对宁波空港物流园区所面临的外部的机会和威胁以及内部优势和劣势进行了分析。根据以上对物流园区所处环境及自身的SWOT分析结合宁波市政府“两港齐飞、双轮驱动”以推动产业结构调整经济的目标,围绕宁波市“十一五”规划和《宁波市现代物流发展规划》,理清宁波空港物流园区的发展思路,研究公司发展方向,最终提出公司发展策略,为宁波空港物流园区的决策层提供参考。本文通过分析,制定出宁波空港物流园区的整体发展思路和发展目标,即依托宁波政府的政策支持,与宁波栎社机场实现全面合作,组建宁波空港物流行业协会以制定行业规范,力求使公司建设的空港物流园区成为航空物流业集聚的基础设施,带动宁波航空物流发展,成为连接航空运输区与临空产业区的纽带。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the establishment, through the implementation of“Developing the City with Pork and Promoting the Pork with the City”, the throughput of Ningbo sea port logistics has ranked in the 8th in the world due to advantaged natural conditions and powerful economic support, and Ningbo has also developed into a flourishing coastal city. However, as the fast development of sea port logistics, the development of Ningbo airport logistics falls behind relatively, although Ningbo Airport had experienced fast development in recent years, the volume of freight ranked the 5th in Changjiang River Delta and 2nd in Zhejiang Province, restrained by the flight course, land and environment, airport logistics has lagged development with relatively small size, and the comprehensive effect on promoting the city and industry wasn’t thoroughly exerted, which had become a“short slab”which restrained the economic development of Ningbo. Therefore, Ningbo People’s Government has taken a series measures recently for accelerating the development of airport, powerfully supporting the aviation industry for changing the pattern of“Big Port and Small Airport”. After the financial crisis, it faces the excellent opportunity of powerfully developing airport logistics for Ningbo People’s Government, Ningbo Airport Logistics Park requires specifying the development direction and confirming the enterprise development target and action plan with special strategic research.The thesis starts from the theoretic research on airport logistics park, and introduces the theory, functions, development history and the basic planning principle of airport logistics park; and analyzes the actual situation and trend of the domestic and foreign aviation logistics development as well as the development situation of Ningbo Airport Logistics Park, presents scientific forecast on the development of aviation logistics in the future. The thesis also analyzes the external opportunities and threatens as well as the internal advantages and weakness of Ningbo Airport Logistics Park by applying SWOT method. According to the SWOT analysis and the environment of logistics park as well as the target of Ningbo People’s Government in“Developing Both Sea Port and Airport, and Driving with Two Wheels”for promoting the adjustment of industrial structure, in accordance with the Ningbo“Eleventh Five-Year Plan”and“Ningbo Modern Logistics Development Plan”, identify the development thought of Ningbo Airport Logistics Park, research the development direction, present the development strategy and provide a reference for the decision-making layer of Ningbo Airport Logistics Park.The thesis constitutes the general development thought and target through analysis, which is to completely cooperate with Ningbo Leshe Airport, construct the Ningbo Airport Logistics Association for constituting the industrial standard with the support from Ningbo People’s Government for developing the airport logistics park as the infrastructure with assembling logistics industry, promoting the development of Ningbo aviation logistics, and developing into the bridge for connecting the aviation transportation area and aviation industry area.更多还原
