【摘要】 高校教务管理工作,是高等教育中一个极为重要的环节,是整个院校管理的核心和基础。随着我国高等教育的快速发展,高校招生人数逐年增加,办学规模不断扩大,尤其是学分制的逐步推行,允许学生提前或推迟毕业,学籍异动情况逐渐频繁,学生选课、成绩管理、学分制后的奖学金计算和重修管理以及面对种类繁多的数据和报表,现有的教务管理系统很难跟上现代化管理的步伐,教务管理信息系统就是在此问题基础上应运而生的。论文分析了教务管理信息系统存在的问题,提出了系统需要解决的主要问题,如大量的减少教师的工作量、保证大量数据的准确性。同时,系统不但能够提供友好的界面,便捷的输入方法,完善的统计功能,而且可以一次性地生成大量供打印的报表和Excel表格。在设计阶段,我们将主要的数据处理使用存储过程在了数据库中进行处理,使教务管理信息系统可以和WEB成绩查询系统共用一个后台数据库,通过数据完整性约束和一致性约束,可以保持数据的完整性和一致性,这样不但提高了数据的共享程度,并且有利于系统的二次开发。在此系统中我深入高校的日常教务活动中挖掘需求,并制定出详细设计,要求系统尽可能的完成教务工作者的任务,使得选课、任课、学生及老师的信息得到统一的管理。特别是为了增加用户体验,我们加入了Agent技术,让本来刻板的管理信息系统多了一分活泼、生动。更多还原

【Abstract】 The work of university educational administration management system is not only an important part of higher education, but also the core and foundation of the management of the entire institutions. With the rapid development of higher education, the number of college enrollment increases year by year, and the scale of study programs expands unceasingly, especially the gradual implementation of the credit system, allowing students to graduate early or delayed, roll transaction becomes frequent gradually, students course selection, score management, scholarship after total credit system and repair curriculum, as well as a wide variety of data and reports form, existing student management system is too difficult to keep up with the pace of modern management.Educational administration management system emerged at the historic moment; the paper analyses the problem of the current student management system and proposes the key problem which should be resolved. For example, it should not only reduce the workload of the teachers, but also ensure accuracy of the large amounts of data. Also educational management system should provide friendly interface, convenient input method, perfect statistical functions, and it can generate a large number of one-time excel tables and reports for printing.In the design stage, I placed the main data into the database processing with the store procedures in order that the educational management information system and network score query system can connect with the same background database, thus, by using the database’s integrity constraints and consistency constraints, it can maintain the integrity and uniformity of data. This will not only enhances the data sharing degree, but also benefit for the secondary development of the system.I penetrate myself in the data mining needs of the university’s daily educational administration activity, and formulate the detail design. The system can complete the educational administration tasks as many as possible, and make the taking courses, teaching, the student and teacher’s information under the unification management.In particular, to increase the user experience, we joined the Agent technology, which makes the stereotyped management information systems more lively and vivid.更多还原
