【摘要】 随着我国高等教育的迅速发展和医学模式的转换,对医学这一学科的综合性要求越来越高,只有多学科交叉、渗透,才能更好地培养医学生“治病救人”的神圣职责。因此,当前高等医学院校教育不仅要注重对医学生专业知识的教育,更要加强对医学生综合能力的培养,使医学生全面发展。就目前情况来看,仅有课堂教育已不能全面满足这些要求,学生社团作为学生锻炼提高素质的一个自发性群众组织,受到越来越多同学的欢迎,成为广大学生培养兴趣爱好、发挥自身潜能、全面塑造自我的“第二课堂”。因此,研究高等医学院校学生社团的定位,明确社团的功能,解决社团目前存在的问题,使医学院校学生社团功能得到充分发挥,是高等医学院校提高教育水平的重要课题。论文以阐述学生社团的基本含义为出发点,以研究我国高等医学院校学生社团的功能为主要内容,以探讨完善高等医学院校学生社团功能建设的主要途径为落脚点,对当前我国高等医学院校学生社团的功能、现状、影响社团功能发挥的因素以及完善社团建设的主要途径等问题作了系统的分析和研究。主要内容有以下三部分：第一部分首先阐述了学生社团的基本含义,分析了高等医学院校学生社团与一般高等院校学生社团的异同,并在此基础上,论述了高等医学院校学生社团在促进医学生思想政治教育、提高医学生专业知识技能、培养医学生良好的心理素质、树立医学生高尚的医风医德、提高医学生的就业能力、促进医学生的社会参与以及帮助医学生转变角色等方面所发挥的主要功能。第二部分分析了高等医学院校学生社团的主要类型,运行情况,取得的成效以及学生社团活动中存在的不足；比较详尽的论述了影响社团功能发挥的主要因素,既有社团本身的原因,如：社团内部管理和运行还不够规范,社团没有明确的发展目标和方向,缺少专业老师的跟踪和指导,社团成员的积极性未被充分调动,学生课业负担与社团活动的矛盾等等；也有学校层面的原因,如：学校对学生社团关心支持力度不够,缺少体现医学院特色的社团管理、考核机制,学生社团活动的场所相对较少,场地难保障等。第三部分论述了进一步完加强等医学院校学生社团功能建设的途径,主要包括：形成学校重视学生社团建设与发展的良好氛围；构建医学院校学生社团的管理、考核与教育模式；增强社团自身活力,全面发挥社团作用；建立促进医学院校学生社团可持续发展的长效机制等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with rapid development and transformation of medical mode, higher and higher requirement is made to the integrity of Medicine. Only if many subjects cross and penetrate together, medical students’sacred duty "cure the sickness to save the patient" can be well cultivated. Therefore, in order to promote medical students fully developed, medical colleges and universities should pay attention to the education about professional knowledge, and cultivating the mixed ability of medical students as well. As things stand, only class education can’t meet the requirements fully. As a voluntary organization to train and improve quality, students’associations become "the second class" which to cultivate the hobbies, bring out the potential, shape the overall self-image. Therefore, in medical universities, the important issue to improve educational levels is to study the position and identify the function of students’ associations, and to solve the current problems, in order to bring the function into full play.As the standing point, the thesis explains the basic meaning of students’associations. Its main content is to study the function of medical universities in our country. It focuses on the main approach about how to develop the construction of students’associations. It systematically expounds and studies the functions, the current situation, the influencing factors and developing approaches of students’associations. It consists of three parts:In Part One, the thesis explains the essential meaning of students’associations, analyzes the differences between students’associations in medical universities and ones in general universities. Then discusses the main function about promoting medical students’ideological political education, improving their professional knowledge, cultivating their good psychological quality, establishing noble medical ethics and the style construction, improving their abilities to find jobs, encouraging them to participate the social activity, helping transfer their roles and so on.In Part Two, the thesis analyzes the main types, the operation conditions, the effects and the shortcomings of students’associations in medical universities. It discusses the influencing factors in detail. The influencing factors includes the causes of students’associations themselves, such as less standard management and operation, less definite development goal and direction, lacking tracking and guidance of professional teachers, the initiative of the members can’t be aroused fully, the contradiction between students’heavy burden of task and activities in students’associations. In addition, the influencing factors includes the causes of universities as well, including less concern for students’associations, lacking management and examination systems that embodying medical university’s characteristics, less activity sites and it’s hard to offer them effectively.In Part Three, the thesis analyzes on how to develop the function of medical universities, including how to form the good environment that universities attach great importance to the construction and development of students’associations; to build the mode of management, appraisal and education; to add energy to associations themselves and develop to the full capacity; and to establish mechanism that promote students’associations in medical universities develop sustainably.更多还原
