【摘要】 智能IC卡技术是一项比较新的电子信息应用技术,在世界各国都得到了越来越广泛的应用。在中国,随着国家“金卡工程”应用的推广以及建设部着手拟定的“数字化城市”应用规划的推出,城市一卡通正日渐成为各城市推进“数字化城市”的重要一环和首先考虑实施的一个应用项目。基于这一背景,本论文根据企业的实际应用,针对智能IC卡的技术特点,对城市一卡通系统进行了项目可行性研究,在此基础上完成了系统方案的初步总体设计、网络和应用系统设计、票卡及终端机具选型以及系统安全体系的实现方案。该系统主要分为清算管理中心系统和行业二级管理中心系统,二者之间通过广域网联接,以完成各类数据的交互。系统票卡选择非接触式的逻辑加密卡实现现阶段的功能应用,终端机具也将配合卡片作出相应选型。以上各部分在设计实施中将充分考虑系统的安全保障体系的建立,以确保城市一卡通系统的整体安全性,最终达到为改善民生、惠及百姓、构建和谐社会做贡献。本论文从天津城市一卡通应用的实际需求出发,分析了城市一卡通项目建设过程中的一些要点和思路,综合论述城市一卡通系统的总体设计方案及实现方式,希望能够探讨出一些城市一卡通项目建设的通用经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a new technology for electronic information, intelligent IC cards are widely applied in more and more countries of the world. With the application and promotion of national "Golden Card Project" and the "Digital City" plan which generated by the construction department in China, City card has become the important link of the promotion of "Digital City" for every city and should be considered as the first applied project.Based on this background, the paper precedes the feasible study for city card system project according to application to business and the technical characteristics of intelligent IC cards. The paper has completed the integrated design of the preliminary system program, network and application system design, type selection of IC cards and terminal units, the realization of system security. This system is mainly divided into liquidation Center system and industry-level management system, which are connected by WAN to complete the interaction of various types of data. The application of System ticket is realized by contactless logical cryptographic cards at this stage, types of terminal equipments will also be selected accordingly. The above sections are under the consideration of construction of the security system to ensure the security of the whole city card system, and ultimately make a construction to improving the lives and create favourable conditions for people, social harmony.This paper has analyzed some key points and the train of thought of City-card project according to the actual demands of Tianjin City-card application, and it has also made a survey of the general blue print and way of realization about the project’s system, hoping to find some all-purpose experiences about the construction of the project.更多还原
