基于西门子S7-300PLC的虚拟电梯设计

【摘要】 随着城市现代化进程的突飞猛进,电梯作为一种安全、高效、迅捷的垂直运输设备已于人们的日常生活密不可分。随着智能控制技术的发展,电梯控制技术经历了从继电器控制到PLC控制和微机控制的历程。电梯控制成为了楼宇智能控制、工艺过程控制的典型实例。其中PLC技术由于具有可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、功能强大、可扩展性强、成本低等优点被广泛应用。社会对掌握PLC技术的人才需求与日俱增,PLC课程已经成为各类大中专院校和职业院校的重点课程。因此,设计一种通用性强、可视性好的PLC虚拟电梯教学模型势在必行。针对电梯运行特点,虚拟电梯设计采用了顺序控制分析方法和面向对象的模块化分析设计方法。设计内容包括电梯的控制技术、PLC电梯控制程序设计、虚拟电梯的程序仿真、虚拟电梯的运行监控等。设计选用功能强大、先进的西门子(Siemens)S7-300PLC、西门子S7-PLCSIM仿真软件和WinCC flexible监控软件来实现电梯的软PLC控制、仿真与监控,具有良好的教学可视性、实时性。虚拟电梯系统设计以PLC控制系统为主要研究对象,通过分析研究电梯运行原理、控制要求,做好PLC输入/输出(工/0)端口配置,利用软PLC技术,设计出梯形图LAD(Ladder Diagram)控制程序,并对电梯的开关门控制、厅内外召唤登记及消除控制、平层控制、选层及电梯运行过程等进行仿真、监控。虚拟电梯系统设计代替了传统的继电器控制系统,提出了一种新颖的便于教师讲授、易于学生编程和调试的控制方法。虚拟电梯系统与电梯物理模型相比,充分发挥了西门子中型PLC和组态软件的强大功能,具有较强的灵活性、可操作性、通用性。教师和学生可以根据教学需要自行开发电梯控制系统,体会程序对现场生产设备的控制效果,并根据仿真结果不断修改程序,增强PLC一体化教学的教学效果,提高教学效率和培训层次。

【Abstract】 With the rapid process of urban modernization, elevator as a safe, efficient, rapid vertical transport equipment has been inextricably linked to people’s everyday lives. With intelligent control technology, elevator control technology is developed from the relay control to the PLC control and microcomputer control.Elevator control has become a typical example in building intelligent control and process control system. Because of PLC technology, including high reliability, strong anti-interference ability, powerful,scalable and low cost has been widely used. With the increasing demand for personnel who master PLC technology, PLC courses has become a type of course in many colleges and vocational institutions.Therefore, it is imperative to design a visible PLC virtual elevator teaching model.Operational features for elevators, the virtual elevator system is designed according to the object-oriented program design method and sequence method. Design includes elevator control technology, program design of PLC elevator control, simulation of virtual elevator program, monitoring for virtual elevator operation. Design uses powerful, advanced Siemens S7-300PLC,Siemens S7-PLCSIM simulation software and WinCC flexible monitoring software to achieve soft-PLC control,simulation and monitoring.Consider PLC control system as simulative object, Virtual elevator system is designed. Abased on the analysis of the operation principle of elevator and requirements of control,we should assign port configuration to PLC input/output (I/O), design LAD (Ladder Diagram) control program. There are many elevator control modules need to simulate,such as the module of door movement control,the module of register and cancel the instructions from the cabin and station hall, the module of choose station and direction, and so on.Virtual elevator system design replace the traditional relay control system. This article proposes a novel control method that convenient for teachers to teach, easy to student programming and debugging. The virtual elevator system compared to the physical model,it gives full play of Siemens PLC and configuration software for medium-sized power, with strong flexibility, operability, versatility. Teachers and students can develop various configuration simulating control system in need. From the computer simulation, Students can visually experience the effects of their program on production equipments at the scenes and modify their programmers to achieve the goal of PLC Programming according to the configuration simulating results, and improve teaching efficiency and level of training.
