浆体管道结垢机理及防止措施的研究

【摘要】 管道运输的应用已经有一百多年的历史,伴随着管道运输的广泛应用,管道结垢问题成为了制约管道运输发展的重要问题。管道结垢轻则使管道内径变小,单位流量减少,达不到预期流量的要求,单位能耗增大,造成运输成本的增加;重则造成管道堵塞,管道报废,既对生产造成巨大影响,又是资源的巨大浪费。正是基于管道结垢的严重危害性,很多专家学者和工程技术人员力图在管道设计、管道运输对象、管道铺设环境、管道输送的控制等方面减少管道结垢几率,在管道使用期间进行检测、定期除垢。本文根据前人的研究成果,在充分理解浆体管道输送主体的基本性质和垢物的基本性质的基础上,分析了浆体管道结垢的机理,并列举了一些国内外防垢、除垢的方法,提出了控制流速防垢除垢法,并对该法的可行性进行了分析,旨在探索一种一劳永逸的防垢除垢方法,实现管道运输的更好发展。
【Abstract】 There is more than one hundred years that pipeline transportation has been applicated. With the application of pipeline transportation expanding, scale deposit issue of pipeline has become a very importance problem that restricted the development of pipeline transportation. Scale deposit of pipeline, lightly, making pipe diameter smaller, decreasing the unit flow and not reaching the expectant demands, increasing the unit energy consumption and the unit transport costs , seriously, making pipeline plugged and scrapped that not only a tremendous impact on production, but also a huge waste of resources. Based on the serious danger of pipe scaling. Many experts、scholars and engineers who have tried to reduce the probability of scaling in pipes when they design pipeline, study objects of pipeline transportation, consider environment of pipeline laying, control parameters of pipeline transportation and so on. When the pipeline has been put into use for transportation, pipeline must be detected and removed the fouling materials regularly.Based on the results of previous studies. Understanding the fundamental nature of the object and matter fouling in slurry pipeline transportation. Analysing the mechanism of slurry pipeline scaling. And listing a number of domestic and international anti-scaling, scale removal methods. Proposing to control the flow so as to achieve anti-scaling and scale removal. Conducting a feasibility analysis of this method. Aim is to explore a method of the anti-fouling and scale removal once and for all, to achieve better development of pipeline transportation.
