基于无线传输的主井绞车温度监测系统设计

【摘要】 矿用绞车是矿业类企业生产中的一个重要组成部分,绞车的维护也成为矿业生产系统中至关重要的一个环节。本文根据矿用绞车维护的现实需要而设计的温度监测报警系统,突破以往的有线通信连接方式,采用无线通信进行温度值以及报警信号的传输。该系统主要通过测量绞车的温度变化来判断绞车运行状况的好坏,及时发现问题,保证绞车的正常运行和企业的正常生产。根据现场要求,矿用主井绞车房温度监测系统由主站和分站两大部分组成。主站放置在主井绞车房内,主要功能是接收显示现场4个分站测量的温度数据,对温度超过上限值的进行声光报警,并对故障数据进行历史存储。分站放置在绞车上,主要包括电机分站、减速机分站、滚筒分站和油温分站4部分,其主要功能是测量和传输温度数据。主站的设计采用了抗干扰能力强,具有内部看门狗的STC89C52RC为控制器,选择了带有中文字库的OCMJ5×10B型液晶作为显示模块,以PCF8563为核心的时钟芯片。现场分站采用两节1.5V电池供电,选用低功耗的MSP430F149单片机为控制器,其中温度检测采用低功耗、接触式的数字温度传感器MAX6577对绞车的温度进行实时测量。主站与4个分站之间的数据传输采用低功耗且能够远距离传输的无限通信模块SM42进行通信。该设计提高了绞车温度监测的实时性,无线通信和分站的电池供电设计完全不会影响现场原有的电路布线问题,并编制了友好的人机界面,完成4个分站温度和电池电量等数据的直观显示,达到了预期目的。该系统设计的主要目的是有效维护保养主井绞车关键部件,减少运行故障,提高生产效率。系统从现场实用角度考虑,具有安装调试方便、操作简单、可靠性高等特点,对矿用绞车的维护具有一定的应用和推广价值。
【Abstract】 Mining winch is an important part of mine company, winch maintenance has become a critical point in producing system.According to the practical need, this design includes the temperature and alarm signal transmission,it break through the communication cable connection, using wireless communication for temperature and alarm signal transmission.The temperature monitor system can judge winch operating conditions good or bad by measuring the temperature, it can discover the problems immediately to ensure the normal production and business of Mine company.According to site requirements, Mine winch temperature monitoring system includes two parts-the host station and slave stations.the host station placed in the main winch room, its function is to display the measured temperature data of four slave stations, when the temperature exceeds the upper limit,it will give sound and light alarm signal, at the same time,store the fault history data. Slave station placed on the winch, including electrical station, gear station, roller station and oil temperature station whose main function is to measure and transmit temperature data. Host station is designed with a strong anti-interference and internal watchdog microcontroller STC89C52RC as controller, chosen with a chinese font OCMJ5*10B LCD as the display module to the clock chip PCF8563.slave station uses low-power MSP430F149 MCU for the controller and uses low-cost digital temperature sensor MAX6577 on temperature monitoring for real-time measurement.The main purpose of the system is to effectively maintenance the important parts of the winch to reduce the operational failure,increase producing efficiency.the practical System designed with easy installation,simple operation,high reliability is a certain value for maintenance of the mine winch.
