面向技术创新的知识管理系统关键技术研究

【摘要】 技术创新不仅是企业构建核心竞争力的根本途径,也是产业结构升级的关键所在。但技术创新尤其是制造企业技术创新的成效很大程度上依赖于知识的有效管理。跨越不同学科、领域的知识的有效组织、知识的传播与共享以及知识的学习与利用都是影响技术创新活动的重要因素。同时,随着经济全球化和科学技术的不断发展,越来越多的企业认识到在竞争激烈的市场和日趋缩短的技术生命周期中要单凭自身力量完成技术创新已变得愈加困难。因此,众多企业纷纷从以往的对立竞争转向合作竞争,进而产生了一种重要的组织创新——技术联盟。与单个企业相比,在技术联盟组织中,知识资源的分布性和异构性特点更明显,对协同运用知识的要求更高,因此对知识管理的实施提出了新的要求。本文从制造企业技术联盟的视角出发,以“面向技术创新的知识管理系统关键技术研究”为主题,以知识管理理论、技术创新理论等基本理论为基础,通过交叉融合知识管理领域和信息技术领域的相关研究,系统地论述了企业技术联盟的技术创新特征以及如何在这种特征条件下利用信息化手段实践知识管理理论的问题。为有效利用知识管理系统在支持技术创新的知识管理中发挥更好的作用作出有益探索。文章首先对知识管理及其系统进行一般性研究,然后围绕在技术联盟条件下构建面向技术创新的知识管理系统所要解决的问题,从企业技术联盟技术创新的知识管理特性分析入手,对支持技术创新的知识管理模式、知识的有效表示与组织、知识管理与技术创新的集成等问题进行了探讨。在此基础上,对知识管理系统的关键技术进行了进一步的研究。研究的主要结论有:(1)制造企业缔结技术联盟后,对联盟组织内的知识管理提出了新的要求。为适应新的要求并达到促进技术创新的目的,知识管理系统在总体上要对技术创新的任务和流程两个层面提供知识的有效组织、知识活动的规范与控制、设计历史知识的管理以及知识冲突的消解等支持。(2)制造企业技术联盟组织中的知识具有分布性、结构相异等特点;同时,联盟中的技术创新是多方、多人共同参与的协作密集性和知识密集性的设计活动。在这种条件下,必须对现有知识管理系统的技术作出改进。在对技术创新任务层面的支持上,知识管理系统应采用几种技术:基于本体的知识资源管理、提供主动知识服务的智能代理技术和基于屏幕共享的虚拟设计环境技术;在对技术创新过程层面的支持上,应通过基于特征值的设计流程知识模型来管理设计流程知识,但要改进分类和选择算法,还应通过设计思考过程模型来管理设计意图和决策依据等设计历史知识。(3)本文主要对应用在技术创新任务层面的知识管理技术进行了实验。实验研究证明,经过改进后的技术可以适应技术联盟条件下技术创新的知识管理的要求,并且提高了知识重用的效率。由于在现有文献中,对应用在技术创新过程层面的两种知识管理方法的必要性和可行性进行了研究,本文主要探讨了两种方法的改进。

【Abstract】 Technological innovation is not only the foundation to build the core competitiveness of enterprises, but also the key to upgrade overall industrial structure. Efficacy of technological innovation, especially in manufacturing enterprises, depends largely on effective management of knowledge. Essential factors impacting technological innovation include effective organization, dissemination, sharing, learning and use of interdisciplinary, cross-fields and cross organizational knowledge. Meanwhile, with the quick pace of economic globalization and science and technology development, more and more enterprises become aware of the difficulty in realizing technological innovation via individual efforts under the increasingly competitive market and shortening technological life cycle. Therefore, many companies tend to establish cooperation-competition strategies instead of traditional confrontation-competition strategy.Then produced a significant organizational innovation—"Enterprise Technical Alliance" (ETA). Compared with the situation of single enterprise, knowledge of ETA presents more obvious distributed and isomery trait and put more requirement to the using of knowledgement.Thus we put forward new requirements to implementation of knowledge management.From the perspective of manufacturing ETA, the paper focus on reserch on key technology of knowledge management system for technological innovation, as the theme, based on the knowledge management theory and technological innovation as the basic theory, and systematically states the enterprise technological innovation characteristics and conditions how to use this feature means of practical knowledge of information management doctrine, through the cross-integration of knowledge management and information technology areas of research. For making use the knowledge management systems has useful role to play better in the actual knowledge management,this article firstly has a general research on knowledge management system, then focus on building technical alliances for technological innovation under the conditions of knowledge management systems to solve the problem of technological innovation.From the Enterprise Technical Alliance analyzing knowledge management features, the paper discussed the support technological innovation knowledge management, knowledge of effective representation and organization, knowledge management and integration of technological innovation and other issues. On this basis, the key technology of knowledge management system was further studied. The main conclusions are:(1) After forming technical alliance, manufacturing enterprises putting new requirements to the knowledge management. To meet the new requirements and achieve the purpose of promoting technical innovation, knowledge management systems should provide effective organization of knowledgement, control activities of knowledge actives,the design of knowledge management and knowledge conflict resolution in technology and process innovation in general. (2) Knowledge used in technical alliance of manufacturing enterpsise has distributivity, isomerism and other characteristics.At the same time, technical innovation in technical alliance is a knowledge-intensive collaboration-intensive activities with number of enterprises and designers participated. Under these conditions, we must improve the existing knowledge management system.The knowledge management system should use several techniques in the aspect of supporting the task:ontology-based knowledge resource management, provide knowledge services intelligent agent technology and screen-based shared virtual design environment technology; in the support of technological innovation, it should through the design of value to manage the design process knowledge, but at the same time ]the classification and selection algorithm should be improved, and throughing the design process model to manage the design intent and decision-making.(3) This paper mainly focuses on research of knowledge management system for technological innovation. Experimens show that improved technology can adapt to technological innovation for technical alliance of manufacturing enterpsise and improve the efficiency of knowledge. As in the existing literature, the study is mainly focus on two aspects, the application of technological innovation’s necessity and feasibility, this paper mainly discusses the improvement of two methods.
