当代公共建筑覆土设计研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着人们环境意识的增强,以及科技的进步,当初用意简便的覆土设计又呈现了复兴的趋势。公共建筑覆土设计以其低能耗、生态绿色、有利于城市景观创造的特性,再次受到业内人士的广泛关注。因此,当代公共建筑覆土设计研究就成为本文研究重点,旨在提供与倡导一种建筑师可以把握和具有可操作性的设计方法。文章首先从当代公共建筑覆土设计的建筑基本解析入手,以诸多相关理论为依托,积极探索了当代公共建筑覆土设计的影响因素、特征解析、可行性以及相关指标的拟定与完善。接着,通过资料分析、实例总结、归纳演绎等研究方法,借鉴建筑学、行为心理学、美学、现象学等相关理论,结合案例,分别从环境层面、实体层面以及技术层面平行展开,对当代公共建筑覆土设计方法进行较为全面的分析和阐释。在环境融合方面,分别从自然融合、建筑自身和人文融合三方面入手,论述了当代覆土设计使得公共建筑与自然环境的结合与共生,提出了将建筑体量消隐以融于环境的方法,探讨了当代公共建筑覆土设计的人文关怀。在空间营建部分,分别从特色空间的打造、空间氛围的营造、交通组织的优化三方面入手,论述了当代公共建筑覆土设计在庭式空间、入口空间及主体空间,三大主要空间的设计方法,而且从物理环境和行为心理层面确定了当代公共建筑覆土空间的氛围营造策略,也提出了室内外交通组织优化的设计方法。论文在当代公共建筑覆土设计技术契合问题上也做出了一定深度和广度的探讨,根据当代公共建筑覆土绿化的技术指标量化、覆土空间的适宜技术、能源结合等三方面提出了相适应的技术方法,以期在当代公共建筑覆土设计中达到生态与技术的完美结合。在大力倡导可持续发展、保护自然环境和生态节能的今天,总结并提供有关覆土设计相对全面的认识视角,同时提供一个可供参考的设计依据,深入研究公共建筑覆土设计极具现实及理论的双重意义。

【Abstract】 In recent years, because of people’s awareness of the environment, as well as advances in technology, the original earth-sheltered design presents a revival trend. Earth-sheltered design have been paid attention widely in architecture again, with its low energy consumption of public buildings, eco-green, the creation of urban landscape features. Therefore, the earth-sheltered design of public buildings becomes the aims of the thesis and provides architects a workable design method which can take advantage and promote.This thesis first obtains from the basic analysis in the earth-sheltered design of contemporary public buildings, related theories as the basis, and actively explore factors, characteristic analysis, and feasibility ,as well as the formulation and improvement of relevant indicators. Then, I conduct a more comprehensive analysis and interpretation combined cases from an environmental level, physical level, as well as the technical aspects of the contemporary earth-sheltered design of public buildings,through data analysis, examples of conclusion, inductive deductive research methods ,the reference of architecture, behavioral psychology, aesthetics, phenomenology and other related theories. In the aspect of environment integration,the thesis discusses the contemporary earth-sheltered design with integration and symbiosis of the public buildings and the natural environment, proposes the methods of how to blanking the architecture in order to melt in the environment,and explore humanism of the contemporary earth-sheltered design of public buildings,from natural fusion,architecture itself and human integration. In the aspect of space construction, the thesis from the start with three aspects about characteristics of space to build, creation of space atmosphere and optimization of traffic organization , discusses the contemporary earth-sheltered design in the three main space which is the atrium space, entrance space and the main space, create a strategy for the atmosphere of earth-sheltered space at the level of the physical environment and conduct psychological,and proposes the methods of optimization of indoor and outdoor traffic organization. And then,the thesis have a certain depth and breadth of how to fit modern earth-sheltered design techniques. The thesis proposed suited technical approach about earth-sheltered green quantitative technical indicators, earth-sheltered space appropriate technology and energy integration, in order to achieve the perfect combination of ecology and technology.Today, while vigorously advocating for sustainable development, protecting the natural environment and eco energy, it is highly practical and theoretical significance to summarize and provide a relatively comprehensive perspective , to provide a reference design referenced of contempary earth-sheltered design.
