【摘要】 现代质量管理在企业经营过程中具有非常重要的作用,提高产品质量是现代企业生存和发展壮大的基础。按照国家烟草总局的要求,目前,河南中烟集团的质量管理战略是积极推进生产过程的统计质量控制(SPC)。河南A卷烟厂是从事卷烟生产、卷烟辅助材料生产、制版、印刷、机械制造等多元化经营的现代化大型企业,该企业率先在河南八个卷烟企业中推行SPC项目。在SPC项目的推进过程中,出现了数据采集不合理、生产过程制造能力分析缺乏、控制图构造错误、控制图诊断误用等各种各样的应用问题。这些问题严重阻碍了SPC项目的有效实施。本文以现代质量管理为理论基础,借鉴国内外统计过程控制技术的成功实践,以河南A卷烟厂为研究对象,系统地研究了SPC项目应用过程中出现的问题,提出了解决方案和实施策略。首先,通过对河南烟草行业SPC项目推进状况的分析,剖析了河南A卷烟厂SPC项目应用过程中出现的问题。通过对生产现场数据采集及分析,制定了制丝过程和卷包过程样本数据采集方案,为SPC项目的有效实施奠定了基础。利用过程能力分析,分别计算出制丝过程和卷包过程的能力指数,提出了卷烟生产过程的制造能力分析。基于控制图的构造原理,建立了制丝过程和卷包过程关键质量特性的控制图,并利用控制图的诊断方法,对A卷烟厂的关键生产线实施了统计质量控制技术。利用SPC项目实施后的效果评估,提出了河南A卷烟厂产品质量改进措施。本文研究特色与创新之处主要表现在：①确定了制丝过程和卷包过程样本数据采集方案,为SPC项目的有效实施奠定了基础；②基于制丝过程和卷包过程能力分析,建立了制丝过程和卷包过程关键质量特性的控制图；③利用控制图的诊断方法和效果评估,提出了SPC项目应用方案和实施策略。本文的研究结果不仅为SPC项目在河南A卷烟厂的有效应用提供了解决方案和实施策略,而且这套统计质量控制现场实施技术可适用于整个烟草行业的各个烟草企业,同时为其他行业或企业推行SPC技术提供了可操作的分析方法和实施途径。更多还原

These problems have seriously hindered the effective implementation of the SPC project.This article to modern quality management as a theoretical foundation, statistical process control technology from home and abroad the successful practice of, taking Henan A cigarette factory as object of study, has systematically studied the question which in the SPC project application process appears, proposed the solution and the implementation strategy.
