【摘要】 风险管理作为管理科学的重要分支已渗透到各行各业,在成品油长输管道管理中积极引进风险管理思想,有利于全面提高管道的管理水平。本文结合在对风险管理基本理论进行阐述的基础上,对我国成品油长输管道风险管理基本状况进行了分析,提出了相关的风险分析方法,在鲁皖成品油管道的实例进行分析后认为,我国成品油长输管道风险管理主要存在的问题有:缺少风险管理平台,缺乏风险评价标准,风险评价的软硬件设施比较落后。提出了针对性的建议,应该构建完善的风险评价信息平台,制定风险评价技术标准,开发管道风险评价软件系统,发展定量风险评价技术,向全过程风险管理过渡的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Risk management as an important branch of management science has penetratedinto all kinds of work, in the long-distance product oil pipeline management activelyintroducing risk management philosophy is conducive to comprehensively improvepipeline management. In this paper, the basic theories on risk management, on thebasis of elaborated on China’s long-distance product oil pipeline risk managementanalysis of the basic situation and put forward the relevant risk analysis methods, LuWan Pipeline analysis of an instance of the view that China’s long-distance product oilpipeline risk management The main problems are: lack of risk management platform,lack of risk assessment standards, risk assessment software and hardware facilities inrelatively backward.
