【摘要】 21世纪是城市的世纪,城市在人类社会历史发展过程中的核心地位将会得到进一步巩固。目前,全国上下每座城市都在进行自身建设,并搞得如火如荼,城市化进程处于加速轨道之中。据联合国的一份报告称,1980年到目前为止这三十年间,中国已有185个城市的人口超过50万,中国正经历着城市化的重要转型:1980年中国只有51个城市的人口超过50万,自从上世纪90年代,中国超过50万人口的城市数量显著增加。该报告预测,到2025年,中国又将有107个城市加入这一行列。然而,不少城市的建设并非人们想象的那样一番顺利,出现了建了拆、拆了建的无序状态,并伴随着严重的污染、交通堵塞、人口拥挤等诸多城市病的问题。其中,被誉为春城的昆明也不例外。那么,究竟如何建设自身城市呢?本文将在有关前人城市规划理论基础之上提出了自己的针对昆明城市规划的想法,那就是围绕滇池、西山来建设未来的山水之城。论文二章是关于城市、城市规划相关内容和理论的,因为只有对前人知识有所了解和认识,甚至掌握一些,才能在此基础上提出自己的观点。接下来的第三章是根据前人有关规划理论和自己的一些见解对昆明正在执行的城市总规和2003年省委省政府提出的新昆明发展战略作出一些评述,在之后又对最新上报的2008版城市总规(待批)略作评述。论文第四章基于生态城市建设理论的要求,特别对滇池西山进行了详细描述,包括区位、自然人文资源状况、空间形态结构等方面,以分析围绕滇池、西山进行建设昆明生态、山水之城的可行性。论文第五章提出了昆明城市建设的概念性规划以及大昆明都市圈建设规划,并就都市圈产业空间布局作了一些说明。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the 21st century, cities will be the thesis in the mankind life all over the word, and their core status will be consolidated. At present, every city is working on construction of itself, to pick up steam, and urbanization is now in the accelerating process. According to one report, there have been 185 cities which each city’s population has been over 500,000 since 1980. China is experiencing the important turning point of urbanlization: There have been only 51 cities of which each city’s population is just 500,000 in 1980 in China, however, since 1990s, the amount of cities of which each city’s population is obviously increasing rapidly. The report predicts that in 2025 there will be 107 cities that join in this line. However, city construction is not successful as people think, to some extent, some cities enter into a bad and strange circle that some buildings are possibly pulled down just after completion of works, and to be worse, along with serious pollution、traffic jam、population congestion and so on. One of the cities mentioned above is Kunming, even though it had been ever hailed as“Spring City”. Now, how to construct our cities? Next, I will mention some ideas of myself, on the basis of some city plan theories of predecessors, that means that we must construct our city around the Dian Chi lake and West mountain.2ndchapter is about some content and theories of city、plan、city plan. Because only I have some knowledge of predecessors and understand it, then I can mention my views. 3th chapter, I will give some appraise for underimplementing plan and 2003’city development strategy according to some city plan theory. Following with, I also make some suggestions to the latest (2008’)city plan of Kunming.4th chapter, on account of ecological theory, I give some space for Dian Chi lake and West mountain, containing location、natural and cultural resources、spacial structural form、philosophic thinking and so on, so as to make some basis for ecological city construction.
