氨基酸废水处理工艺的研究

【摘要】 医药行业利用化学方法将有机或无机原料通过一定的反应过程生产医药原料药或最终药剂,其产品具有替换周期短,产品种类多的特点,同一种产品的生产工艺也会经常发生变化。医药废水往往有机污染物浓度高,污染物组成复杂,同时废水中含有大量有毒有害的有机污染物和一些生物抑制因子,直接排放会造成水体污染。因此,医药废水的污染防治已引起人们的高度重视。目前,对于氨基酸医药废水处理,国内外尚无成熟的可以普遍推广的处理工艺。发达国家主要采用强氧化预处理工艺和稀释好氧生化处理工艺。此类处理工艺的处理效率可靠,但运行费用高昂。一些常规的物化工艺也经常被应用在医药行业的废水处理中,例如混凝沉淀工艺、电解工艺、化学氧化工艺。生物处理普遍采用厌氧水解工艺和好氧处理工艺,但对于不同类型的废水处理效果差别很大。宜昌某制药有限公司生产氨基酸原料所排放的氨基酸废水属高浓度酸性有机废水,废水BOD5/CODcr=0.57,属于可生化性较好的工业废水。可以采用水解酸化、二级好氧生物处理及深度处理工艺。经工艺比选论证,确定废水处理工艺为:进水→细格栅→调节池→一沉池→水解酸化池→CASS池→涡凹气浮器→配水井→曝气生物滤池→二沉池→出水。对氨基酸医药废水的物化处理进行了混凝试验研究。通过混凝试验确定了有机与无机混凝剂混配的用量:聚合硫酸铁(PFS)为200mg/L,聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)用量为3mg/L。废水处理站设计进水水量4000m3/d,进水CODcr为14000mg/L,BOD5为8000mg/L,SS浓度6700mg/L,NH3-N为890mg/L,出水CODcr为95.3mg/L,BOD5为32.8mg/L,SS为35.1mg/L,NH3-N为18.3mg/L,出水指标达到国家《发酵类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB21903-2008)水污染物排放标准。宜昌某制药有限公司氨基酸医药废水处理工程所采用的处理工艺可为同类生产废水的处理提供参考。

【Abstract】 Pharmaceutical industry to use chemical methods to organic or inorganic materials through a certain process of production of pharmaceutical raw materials or final response to the Pharmacy, its products have a short replacement cycle, product variety and characteristics of the production process with a product will often change. Medical wastewater is often high concentrations of organic contaminants, pollutants in complex, while large amounts of toxic waste water containing harmful organic contaminants and some biological inhibitory factor, can cause direct discharge of water pollution. Therefore, pharmaceutical waste water pollution control has attracted much attention.At present, the amino acid medical treatment, at home and abroad can not yet mature in general to promote the treatment process.Developed countries, mainly pre-treatment and dilution of strong oxidizing aerobic biological treatment process. The processing efficiency of such treatment technology reliable, but expensive to run. Some conventional physical and chemical processes are often used in the pharmaceutical industry, wastewater treatment, such as coagulation and sedimentation processes, electrolytic processes, chemical oxidation process. Widely used biological treatment process of anaerobic hydrolysis and aerobic treatment process, but for different types of wastewater treatment results vary widely.The wastewater of Yichang Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD which product amino acid was high concentration.The ratio of wasterwater BOD5/CODcr was 0.57, which was good biodegradability of industrial wastewater.Acidification can be used, two aerobic treatment and advanced treatment process.the treatment process of wastewater is "the wastewater→grille→regulating tank→first sedimentation tank→anaerobic biological treatment tank→CASS tank→CAF device→the middle tank→BAF immobilized microorganisms→coagulation and sedimentation tanks→the exit water.The amino acid wastewater by Physical Medicine conducted a test of coagulation. Determined by coagulation test mixture of organic and inorganic coagulant dosage: PFS was 200mg/L, Polyacrylamide (PAM) dosage of 3mg/L.The designed treatment water amount was 4000t/day,the entering water CODcr was 14000mg/L, BOD5 was 8000mg/L,SS was 6700mg/L,NH3-N was 890 mg/L,the exit water CODcr was 95.3mg/L,BOD5 was 32.8mg/L,SS was 35.1mg/L,NH3-N was 18.3 mg/L,and the exit water index can reached the state "Discharge standards of water pollutants for pharmaceutical industry Fermentation products category" (GB21903-2008).Yichang Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD which product amino acid used in pharmaceutical wastewater treatment processes for wastewater treatment of similar reference.
